Leaf Dynasty: 003 [Solo Training][Stats & Elemental Mastery]

Heise stretched his legs for moment and then began to do a serious of kicks in the air just to get the blood in his body flowing. He then would switch to performing some jabs switching and alternating between his left and his right hand. One that was his finished he stood on his hands and began doing push-ups forcing his whole body up and then slowly bringing it back down. He continued his physical training for about two hours or so when he was interrupted.
“Heise.” A sweet and shy voice said. Heise turned his head and to his surprise it was Mei-Lee who was out of the hospital. She had been badly injured two days prior in the training exercise that Shizou had prepared for them. She wore a traditional female garb with hair tied up and carried a basket filled with bread leaves and some other materials. Heise scanned her body for a moment and couldn’t see any bruises. She was either or really good healer or she was covering them up.
When Heise had saved Mei-Lee and the unconscious Nakagawa from the A team he had unlocked his latent ability to use the combo element Wood release. Yet even with that he was still unable to protect her when the second team came. Though it was expressed to him from Mei-Lee that Nakagawa did the rescuing that time. Still Heise found it ironic that he couldn’t see a single bruise on her body.
“I brought you some food” She said after a moment of silence. Heise bowed and walked over to her and sat down in front of her. She blushed and her face became a dark red and she turned her head away. Heise was confused but ignored some of the more obvious signs. Mei-Lee sat down and began to make a sandwich for Heise.
“How is Nakagawa doing?” Heise asked. Though Nakagawa had done the work of a hero he had passed out once the returned to the village and had not awoken since.
“He’s still sleeping. His body must be completely drained of chakra from the battle with the ninja.” Mei-Lei responded. Heise knew there was another reason that something was wrong Nakagawa. It was all related to that mark on his neck. He hadn’t seen what it was. In fact it looked like a seal of some sort. Whatever the care was Heise surely was worried.
The two conversed for another hour or so and then Mei-Lee stood and said her goodbyes. Once she had left Heise stood and began practicing the secrets to using the Mokuton ability that he had learned while in the forest of death. He realized if he were to ever protect his teammates than he newly founded abilities would be the only thing that could save them. After he was finished he decided he would stop by the hospital to check on his own wounds while at the same time checking on the status of Nara Nakagawa.
