Raijin looked up into the sky with his back against a wall, the view down below was even better but the night was here and his eye was fixated on a single star, the star he followed home, somehow everything when he looked at the star it reminded him of Rai. Closing his eyes he pictured Rai and her beauty, every curve and strand of hair, and the look of her eyes, he sighed heavily as he leaned against the wall before he heard footsteps approach from around his location, he opened his eyes and looked to his right before his left, “I can’t sense chakra, so it must be a normal villager.” Raijin thought to himself as he remained sitting there, standing up now a villager indeed showed up, “oh I’m sorry, did we disturb you?” one of them asked, a couple around his age, he closed his eyes and shook his head, “no, I was just leaving.” Raijin said from behind his helmet before he turned and looked out at the city before he turned back to them and bowed, “enjoy your night.” Raijin added before he vanished into a puff of smoke left behind before he could be found standing a top of a building, he looked around and sighed before he sat down against a wall again, he looked up into the stars again before he sighed heavily before he heard a couple walking down the street together chatting and talking about each other’s view of their night together.
Raijin just sighed and turned his gaze down to his hands before he clenched them tightly, something about it was urging him to find more power but he didn’t have the urge or desire to seek more power, but something else in him did, a darker side and he shuddered at the thought of what would happen if he lost control of himself before he looked back to the star, “Rai… I swear I will come and find you… but not yet…” Raijin said as he closed his eyes and fell asleep with seals on all of his gear so no one would be able to remove it.
