OOC: Furthermore, how would I be at 80? I've had it active for 3 posts. Thats 6 ED. And used Amaterasu twice. Thats 4. I'd be at 90... just saying. Also, how is it granting a great power? The techniques are the power. That Sharingan itself doesn't give you a damn thing. The techniques have all the power therefore should be the only thing with drawbacks. But that's not something I'm trying to change.

I'm with Hayabusa on this one though. Get the information cleared to everyone about how things should be cause we all do not think like you do. Also yeah i misread it too Hayabusa about the sharingan doing +1 to hit/miss but there is the small little part where it shows what each point does for each thing not the description of it. On that note we all knew that before hand the stats needed to be balanced so there is no reason to even say that we didn't know and also 1% does make a big difference even in science and math. So thus in the end balance should be as it is for the site. not that 1% stuff or whatever.

Heise closed his eyes as he began to breathe in and out slowly releasing the bottled up anger he’d been now began to harbor at Hayabusa. He was quite infuriated that Hayabusa would leave him all the boring work but figured it was for the better. A man knocked on the door to the study and walked in the room. Heise turned his head.
“Shizou, What are you doing here?” Heise said as he jumped up and walked over to greet his sensei.
“News travels fast when you’re a part of a war” Shizou said with a smile.
“You’re going to join?” Heise asked confused as to what his Sensei was doing in Shadow Country. He wondered how he even got there in the first place.
“No actually I will not be joining the war. I have other engagements I must attend to. I just came to make sure you’re doing okay and You’re alive. Be sure when you get back to Konoha to explain yourself to the Hokage. He’s quite infuriated with you.” Shizou said as he turned around waving his hands. Heise wondered what Shizou was truly doing in Shadow country. He shrugged it off and returned to his meditation.

Raijin sighed as he vanished allowing the man to punch a chunk of log before he appeared a bit away from him before he nodded to his words of the fight being pointless, “I agree about this fight being pointless, just remain where you stand and I will pass judgement upon you with my sword.” Raijin said as he noticed the two kunai’s suddenly shot at him and he shook his head, “really? That’s gunna do nothing but hurt you.” Raijin said as he took a horse like stance before he held his hands up holding both swords in his hands before the kunai’s lost their mark and turned around and shot back at Shadow.

Raijin stood there before he heard his last words and laughed aloud, “please, you’re flailing around like a cheap parlor trick, just accept your fate.” Raijin said before he charged back in with his sword’s slashing with both, one at Shadow’s right leg in counter of the first kunai, then in counter of the second kunai slashing along the lower to upper torso at Shadow before he took his distance again, he would admit, he was making it hard to hit him, but then again it always came down to those kinds of fights against shinobi.
