So Pre-Update I'd been allowed to make my own country. So as I'm doing my research I see I'm no longer allowed to make my country.
Haybusa, who was the country's leader said It be my Special Jounin test and Grave, the Admin approved me for it. I'm saying this for two reasons, I also was allowed to do the Fire Temple quest because of this and two, They're both already posted and such is so, time I can't get back. So um, what steps do I have to take to ensure I get my country and my Element in my next Update.
