~The Meetining~ {Hayabusa|Daimyo & Kazekage}{Gesshoku Mission}{Manager Interaction}

After waking up in the hospital bed after being treated by his older brother, Hayabusa stood up and gathered his multiple items that he usually carries when leaving the country. As he looked around, noticing nobody had been watching, Hayabusa had used Hiraishin No Jutsu to reappear in the lair in which he and Shukaku had both shared in Wind Country. From that point, Hayabusa stepped outside to see the red sun, threatening to cloud the land with darkness, only to be lit by its reflection on the moon. Putting his hands in the air, the sand beneath him lifted him like a cloud, hovering over the land. With this mobility in motion, Hayabusa on his Sand Cloud went forward at a high velocity, as the bells on his straw hat, white cloak, and red pony tail flapped in the wind. His Gesshoku mask formed a full mask, protecting his face from sand in the air.
After some time of traveling to his destination, Hayabusa had come to a halt at the walls of the village. Hayabusa looks up at the walls, and simply smiles. He took his hat off, letting it hang on his neck, and made his mask become a simple ear piece. The village was beginning to thrive again, after all these years. He continued on, flying by the people walking below. This had been the first time he had returned to this village since Shukaku destroyed his home and killed his mother almost two decades ago. He was partly emotional, but he had to stay on track. He may not have been well known here, but his clan had been an important part here at one point.
Landing at the administration building, Hayabusa walked in, and had come to the front aid. Upon doing so, Hayabusa properly bowed respectively.
“It’s good to be… Home…” he said with a smile. “Hello… I am Lydeck Hayabusa, Leader and Daimyo of Beast Country, Gesshoku Village. I request an audience with Wind Country’s leaders and ambassadors. I apologize for the inconvenience and coming unannounced. Seems I have made it here a little quicker than our messenger…”

"Please, you wish for us to believe you to be allowed to enter within here to see them. With things already in chaos what makes you so special to enter this location huh?" The men reached behind to get ready to pull their weapons for the battle. Each one turned to give another a glare as though they would believe the man's story.

Soon a Jounin came walking down the stairs calmly before raising his hand to the men as they turned to disarm themselves before having him speak. "You wish to speak with our village leader and then on top of that our country's lord. Boy rather or not even if you came before messenger or not coming here unannounced with what is happening will set guards to strike without warning. Now as they told you we do not allow anyone to just enter without a reason or more or less prove that can be provided. I have not heard of this country nor do like the sound of it if we do not have history of information on it or you.

Hayabusa looked around at the multiple men that had been wise enough to stop him in his tracks. This had been all a part of his plan to confirm whether or not this threat was actually a world wide threat.
“Sir… “ Hayabusa, slightly bowing. “Lydeck Hayabusa. Born and raised here in Sand Village during my early childhood. I currently developed a country North of here, between here and Earth Country. During my travels to Iwa, I happened to stumble across their current state of emergency. My immediate reaction… protect my home country. It’s obvious without a fail safe plot in motion, this village will implode. I am here…” Hayabusa gave a bow. “To offer my services to our people. Even if I have to stand by the Kazekage’s side and fight the threat on the front lines.” He stood straight. “Whatever they request, I will attempt to provide. I have soldiers. The population of my country is almost three times as much as here. I have the funds, I will gladly provide. So, please… let me speak to our leaders.”

I will not and cannot allow you to just come in and waltz to see our leaders. You must understand that even with you being a ,"Leader" of a country as well." The Jounin soon turned his back to begin walking back up the stairs in order to continue the meeting with others as the guards moved forward in order to protect the entrance point.

Looking around at all of the men, Hayabusa had been so overwhelmed with being home for the first time, it seemed he had a hard time thinking cleverly, and on his feet.
“I am not an outsider. I was forced out of this village, and then the borders were locked. You cannot fault me for this, and brand me a non-citizen, when the truth is, that I am. If you have preserved the records from that long ago, go ahead and look. You will find me. Just because I went on to create myself a new home, specifically for aiding this country, does not mean I am to be ignored and blown off as if I were anything less than a Suna citizen…” Hayabusa looked around once more at all the men, and if he wanted, he could’ve easily infiltrated the building at this point. But, he wanted to be invited.
“Come on… test me. Do you think that if I were a threat, I’d sit here and try to reason with you? No. I’d already be in that building, and out before you know it. I come here as a protector and an ally. What is it I have to do to prove this…”

However I do not see it that way, as one you could be just buying yourself some time allowing another to sneak into the building if anything. If even that were to come we closed the gates in order to better set ourselves for anything and protecting our people build an alliance HA, you give me a reason to spit on the hidden leaf village's face if anything once we have our self set after this meeting we shall move on with them requesting serve under us and become part of the Wind Country. You can return to the country you solely cal your new home if you like I could careless. But I will not nor stand for..." Being cut of the Kazekage had yelled out, "THAT IS ENOUGH!"

> The Jounin froze with fear as he turned his attention over to the young male coming down the stairs. He was dressed completely with the robes of the wind shadow. Soon to lift and eyebrow towards the visitor the Kazekage nodded saying, "Please forgive my Jounin Commander he seems to have lost his way on some notes of whom is ally and whom are enemies. Please take my forgiveness and speak what is the reason you came to Suna. I only heard bits and pieces if anything." The Kazekage crossed their arms under the robe to see what the shinobi had to say to him.

Hayabusa clenched his fists, holding back the urge to rip through Time & Space and use his portals to take the man’s head off without even noticing. If his alter-ego had been in control at the moment, that is probably how the bout would have resulted. But, once hearing the booming voice of the man, Hayabusa’s muscles tensed up momentarily, before relaxing to a calmer state.
“Lore Kazekage…” Hayabusa stepped, very slowly, out of the circle that surrounded him, not to make any sudden movement. He graciously got down on one knee, removed his hat from his neck, and bowed his head to the lowest in which he could.
“It is a pleasure to meet you, Lord Kazekage.” Hayabusa held his head up, looking at the man, still kneeling. The greatest form of respect. And he would be to remain that way until he was urged by the leader to himself tell him to rise from his knees.
“I am Lydeck Hayabusa. Born and raised here in Suna during my early childhood. I could tell you of my struggles in life… I could lay out my resume of accomplishments, however, I would not want to waste your time during such a crisis. I am here to offer my alliance and aid, anything you may need that I can provide, to you and the Daimyo. Part of my hopes, ultimately, were that you would deem me worthy enough to take me under your wing. Simply to be seen as a potential candidate in both the eyes of you and the Daimyo. But that is neither here, nor there, on the levels of priority. I want you to test me, for me to prove my worth. I simply ask that you give me a chance. To let me stand amongst side of you when the time comes that this threat may come knocking at our door. I’m sure some of your men have courage, and skill… with a temper to back it up…” he says as he looks at the Jounin Commander out the corner of his eye. “I possess courage, and skill, and respect, and patience. Let me be at your service to climb among the ranks of my old home.” He said, still kneeling, but pausing…

Even back then there was still war and cause of more issues as people hunted these beast for power to further themselves in war. Understand the words i speak are simple and for you to understand, that a Hero is not born they are made not with money and not with creations, if you wish to prove yourself you have to push your own believes out of the way to what you think make you worthy of our alliance. Just as the Hidden Village of the leaf did for us, the men that saved this world for our era to be born, Uzumaki Naruto is a fine example for that matter remember this."

> The Kazekage soon turned to continue their pace back up the stairs as the Jounin Commander turned his attention over to the shinobi that was bowing for the Kazekage, "As he said, you cannot simply win our trust with just words actions is what matters most to this point in time. Having over control several countries if you will that will not prove anything to us."

He watched as the Kazekage began to walk away.
“You know… these aren’t just words. All you guys have to do is simple… give me a task. How do I know what we require here, if we continue to talk in riddles. With the correct given information and location, I could go as far as capturing another free Bijuu from another country.” With the Kazekage turning his back on him, Hayabusa partly became angered, as for a moment, his eyes had a glow from a Fully Awakened Sharingan, as he stared at the ground, which he quickly reverted. He then stood up.
“I suppose, unless the Shukaku, tamed to be able to be civilized among the citizens, and even used within war without needing to control, is of use to you… and unless you can give me a mission, I am of no use to you.” Hayabusa stood up straight. Lifting his hands, Sand began to collect at his feet, lifting him into the air. “No matter. I understand your concern. I am a stranger in your eyes. If you happen to find a threat on the outskirts… simply send a message to Beast Country. I will come to your aid for this battle. Otherwise…” Hayabusa turned on his hovering cloud of Sand. “I made this country my priority, because it was where I was born, where my clan belongs. But, it is not the only country that made me who I am. If my aid and service are not wanted, what use am I here?” As he began to fly away, he began thinking about how he had a better chance at trying this at Fire Country, since he and the Hokage had been on decent terms already, and they have already established a relationship. Part of him wanted them to stop him… the other did not expect it. Eventually would be their loss, as he would prove that he would have been a valuable ally.
