+ Kazekage Len, came into power in order to control the Hidden Sand Village, "Suna." Things seemed to be going well according to previous know guardsmen. Though the nights were young a few said it seem odd and out of place. Which was true it seemed Kaze Len, was holding secret meeting with an underground organization in order to hire those to kill the damiyo of the country in order to have a dark hand gripping control of the entire country. It was stopped when the special ops of Konoha caught wind of the operation. Kaze Len took the change fleeing from the battlefield that had broken out.

Kaze Len, in still on the run and rather dangerous as they are the previous Kazekage. The village wish to keep this a secret from any other villages. Having the target be killed on sight with the body completely destroyed allowing others to not obtain any secrets.
