> The Union was formed after the fall of the new Akatsuki that was ran and controlled by Uchiha Shin. Due to this the countries that obtained the new of the rise of the organization from leaked information. The countries around the area band together to form the Kuro Amaterasu to make sure organizations will not rise to start a war or use others. However this is to keep their countries from falling into the Western Hemisphere country or as they call, “Shinto Continent.” The Union doesn’t not act according to certain laws and remain hidden in the shadows.
