So....how do they work now?
Is it now based off a set amount that (e.i at least 4000 words) you have to do per pay period?

Yes the Jobs will actually be showing how much Ryo you make per words. This is actually being added shortly.

So say you worked 3 days this week and typed a max of 2000 words. Now your job says you make 50 Ryo every 100 Words. So for that week you made 1000 Ryo.
