He had chosen his target watching the female did not move one bit as she turned to see Yenomei and Hao with a smile she closed her eyes taking the full force of the attack leaving them to stare in confusion.

“Why…why didn’t you get out the way mom!”

Hao yelled with fury as he glanced over at Grave even more upset and filled with rage. Turning to Yenomei knowing what had to be done this was the time he had thought of using the attack but it felt like the right time now.

“Grandfather…I’m going to use it…now…please stay back and move away this fight is between my brother and I you handle the other one he’s weak as it is…taking him on shouldn’t be much of a challenge.”

Yenomei turned to glance at his grandson and then nodded getting ready for the battle with the young male.

“Young man…you better not give a old man a bore understand..”

He rushed over repeating the same movements again. Hao then turned to face his brother and smile at him only to say softly to him with a calm tone.

“It seems this time I’ll have to save you dear brother…Hikari Gitou!”

Chakra was gathering into the palm of Hao’s hand only to become a massive blade of light to which he leaned over and vanished to appear before Grave to swing the blade with a great speed and accuracy.

Though his mother was within his grasp he held her close to his body having her blood run down his arm as his hands were now stained with the death of his own mother. He turned to see Tsukiyomi vanished again leaving Grave to see his brother face to face with a strange new technique that he had never seen before. The lightning around his hand would slowly fade away leaving him to smile at his brother as the technique landed once and then miss the second time.

Deep down within his soul Grave could hear the voice within him speak softly.

“Grave…I see you have taken the path we spoke of so long ago…in the end I shall walk with you no matter what the results end with.”

Smiling as his eyes closed behind the mask he muttered softly to himself under the mask.

“Thank you…Nekomata…”

After slowly reopening his eyes Grave smiled at his brother once again but this time reached over pulling out a new blade that was grey and given a black handle to have a clash of color against the armor he was wearing. Pointing the blade at Hao, Grave smiled focusing a bit more as the weapon would shapeshift into having itself turned warping itself into a newer form. From which the blade now was shining a black tinted with another blade at the end of the handle. It seemed like two katanas were attached to either end.

“Now…brother…can you save what has fallen so far…this is the blade I call, “Oniokoze”

Taking a small stance back he vanished with a smile on his face only to strike at his brother. From behind with a great swift of speed to see how long his brother could even keep up Even though Grave was holding both Jouten as well in the other hand. Meanwhile the old man was facing against Tsukiyomi as the boy had evaded the attack once again giving up another item to take the hit. But it left him staring down at the old man.

“I’m sorry…but I have too…Takamagahara!”

A jutsu was cast using the mangekyou sharingan from Tsukiyomi but it was strange it was aimed at the old man but nothing happen it seemed. But it was the outcome of to see the technique would be the first of many.

The battle was filled with anger and sorrow as Hao made contact but noticed nothing happen to his brother as the armor and his Matou aura was surrounding him. It was as if his blade just rubbed off on his brother leaving Hao standing as it be pointless to keep his blade up but he knew it was not over as he turned quickly to block the attack with his white blade getting pushed back.

He looked over at his brother knowing the damage that he had hit went through damaging his body. Falling to his knees the sword of light vanished from him as he stared over at Grave once more feeling the weakness come over his body.

“Damn…it…I failed here…”

Falling to his knees Hao was laying on the ground defeated with blood coming from his mouth as he had coughed a bit of it from the damage. Yenomei was in the battle against Tsukiyomi as he ran to attack he’s body froze unable to move and was locked in place.

Grave stared down at his brother’s body after it had fallen over bleeding, knowing it was not the end Grave turned to see the battle against his grandfather and Tsukiyomi. Wondering as to why his grandfather was not moving he continued to keep his aura powers up for a bit longer just in case something was going to happen to Tsukiyomi. It seemed the two of them were talking as Tsukiyomi opened his mouth to speak.

“Yes…my eyes are a bit different…and they…are powerful enough to battle against you then I can defeat those that threaten me in the past!”

Tsukiyomi glared at the old man as he blinked aiming his left eye at the old man as he locked tightly on to him yelling out.

“Amatsukami!!”

A ring of flames appeared overhead the old man as they soon fired spears of flames at him and continued raining down at him as Tsukiyomi moved back staring at the old man but soon felt dizzy for a split second before shaking it off and turning again to see the old man covered in the flames.

“No…its not enough, AMATSUKAMI!”

Once more the eye stared to have blood rush as the technique was used once again having another ring of flames rain down on the old man once more. Grave stood in the background watching as the young male was burning his chakra away but it also seemed to cost a bit more each use as he stared to wonder how long the techniques could be used.

‘I wonder what it is he’s truly running from…’

Grave thought to himself as he continued to keep his eyes locked onto the battle.

As the flames engulfed the Yenomei he was covered in black flames before they died off leaving him standing tall from being burned from them as he turned and sighed a bit as his body was still covered in flames as they were dying out leaving only his body showing the bit of muscle he had.

“I see… so you have powers that are dangerous as well, I will say this…I may not be able to move now…but understand this…you have no way of truly beating me with those weak attacks if you are not strong enough for them.”

Yenomei closed his eyes knowing the battle would be over after waiting a few minutes with it worse he could feel his body shaking from the presence of the young man but it was not until he focused on sensing the battle of Grave and Hao. After the results it seemed Hao had lost only to have a few tears fall from his eyes the old man opened his eyes slowly saying under his breath.

“I see…this is the end of us all…”

Breathing heavily seeing the old man had survived the attacks Tsukiyomi was left with only anger in his heart a bit feeling even weaker than before. He gripped tightly on his fists as he felt his chakra level just drop having him lean over the eyes showed the fading of the mangekyou returning to normal three tomoe marks. Smashing his fists against the ground with rage he could not understand how he could still be so weak as he trained for those days and still no results what so ever how was he suppose to prove that he was stronger.

“W-what…how did I not grow even stronger!”

Tears would start to form as he would not grasp why he was not strong enough with the results he had. Grave knew he did improve slightly but not fully this was a test to see the reaction of his training and see how well the boy would react to it fully. But Grave turned to have his become surged with raiton chakra forming around his hands before long leaning over to vanish to appear behind his grandfather to push the forward with three quick jabs from the technique.
