Tiger Chasing Tails (Multi-Training) (Kokoro welcome)

The clouds passed over the dunes of Holy country. For a holy place, it had its share of deserts, but with so many oasis around, it was easy to find one where they could lay low. While Ravana and Kokoro rested, Asura took this time to branch out his own training.

The clash of ninja tools could be heard around there as a red-figure danced around as two black figures moved about around the small pond of water that made the oasis.

Asura was moving around, his Tengan active to track the fast motions of his enemies. The two were-tigers, Chigatsumi and Kagetsumi were in top form, attacking with ninja tools and twin scythes to try and press him from both sides. The two tiger twins were among Asura's best summons. To make matters worse, Asura wore oddly large items around his arms and legs.

Training weights to build up his strength and speed. He was now slower as the tigers brushed past him, lightly touching him with the weapons as he used the weights themselves to soak up the damage of their blows.

"Come on, red," Chigatsumi teased as he drew some kunai. "YOu can do better than that." He threw the kunai, intending to strike Asura.

Asura quickly jumped up into the air, leaving the Kunai buried into the sand. However as he did, another black blur appeared behind him-- Kagetsumi with his chain scythes. The chains of the connected weapons soon wrapped around Asura, binding his arms and torso tightly. "Got you." the other tiger growled and prepared to pile drive him into the ground.

Asura saw it coming but soon smirked as he extended his hands were free and quickly wove a hand sign right before he crashed.

The body soon crumbled into the ground and left a large cloud of sand. As the two brothers watched their handy work, they looked only to find nothing in the impact crater he made. The two brothers looked confused-- till a flicker of red flame caught their attention behind them.

The flame seemed to fly thorugh the air on its own accord-- till it soon gathered into a form. Asura flashed into being from the crimson flames, labored breath. "That was a close one..." Asura grumbled panting a bit.

"Resulting to the Hot Streak Jutsu, eh?" Ravana's voice teased far away. Asura glanced to soon see his master resting under a palm tree with a coconut drink in his hand. "You gotten lazy, boy."

"Shut up..." ASura grumbled and turned back to the tigers. "Its hard enough to move and escape a bind like that in mid air. "

"Aww, are we going too tough on the poor baby?" Kagetsumi teased, flexing his arms and the chain scythe jingled in it.

Asura said no more as he glared at the two tigers. He spat into a distance away, then straightened up to welcome further combat. "Bring it on, hairballs..." Asura challenged.

With grins between them, the two tigers charged again.

The challenging glare from Asura put both cats in a cocky mood. Once more, the elder of the twins tossed the chain scythe to his brother and the two charged. With Asura weighed down, they felt confident that they could ensnare Asura with their combine binding attack. Both tigers moved in, the chain rattling between them. Asura's eyes focused in on it-- anticipating where it go.

The two brothers soon moved in-- the chain moving slightly low-- as if to attempt to trip Asura. If he was caught-- the two would wound around him and tie him in an instant. So Asura did the next best thing...

As they got inches close, Asura jumped-- and flipped over it. He landed upon his hand with the weight on it-- feeling the sting against his limbs to move so acrobatically even as he was weighed down. He had escaped the wrapping chain.

A grin flashed on his face as he looked up while upside down, seeing the baffled tiger's faces. He then gave a vicous twist of his arm and hips and extended his legs out.

Wack! A twist-kick smacked into both tiger's faces, the weights adding more impact as the two brothers were thrown backward. The two were smacked so hard, they let go of the chain scythe and were sent across the oasis.

With a somewhat slow return to his feet, Asura pulled up the chain and caught the Kusarigama in his hands. Not only did he counter their attack, but he had disarmed them as well. Even weighed down, he had sharp reflexes and moved his muscles in the heat of the moment. He was able to still keep up with his two summons.

While the two tigers recovered their footing, seperated, the others watched with intent as Asura was doing a decent job as he held his own against them.

"You';re doing good kid," Ravana said from the cover of the shade, and watched As Asura paused, taking a break. "Be aware of your enemies, and you can always act fast enough even when weighed down. "

Asura was developing sharpter reflexes, even without the aid of his Tengan-- when they were active it always felt like his sense of vision had expanded faster than others. he was now sharper with his senses than he had been and could sense much more of what went on around him...

... including the two tigers that now slowly crept up on him to try a sneak attack when he wanted to take a breather.
