Shan stood amidst one hundred of his clones. All ready. The Chuunin exams had taught him something important. He sought power – but he sought others’ power. He was fine with that goal, but he was lacking in another area. He lacked in his own power. He lacked the ability to do what he needed to in order to survive.
 
What he needed right now wasn’t just to take the power of other Dojutsu. No, he needed the ability to use his own power effectively. His eyes drained him too much and he could barely use his own Element appropriately.
 
It was time that changed.
 
All Shan clones channeled ration in one hand. Suiton in the other. They brought their hands together in a clap, as Storm was born.
