You are getting this message because its rather of importance to address this matter. The site is undergoing an update and revamping of its systems to become more balanced and fair for both Players and Staff members. Due to the recent events that have transpired on the site. I have taken a moment to think of new ways of fixing it and noticed the lack of active members or loss of some.
With that coming about, this is not a reset of any kind but a chance at something that is being allowed and hopefully push us to a new year of something more. With that several things have to happen. The adding of this new rule Difference x2 or x2 Rule will cause an very imbalance of things as well the removal of the dice feature for certain things.
Even so the leveling system will be using EXP in order to gain a level by cost. An example of this is if you are level 25, it will cost 2500 EXP in order to level up. As now EXP will be stored for use of leveling up or conversions for AP or MF. [Think of the system in the Xbox game: Fable] The types will play a heavier roll on the site also. Asura Types will now gain a bonus of +5% to Ninjutsu Damage & Indra Types will now gain a bonus of 1 pt in INT = +2% to Exp Gains.
This is taking place only after speaking and coming up with a fair trade of things. Players will not have to worry about updating their character sheets what so ever. They will just simply be asked several questions and at the end you decide what gets to happen after reading everything and what I shall be asking. Thank you for your time everyone.

New Settings
+ Max Level Increased - The max Level has now increased from 100 to 200.
New Rule Coming
+ Difference x2 - This rule causes a character to not be able to have x2 of an attribute based upon their lowest one. Example: If Brawn has 3 points in it, then Dexterity cannot have 6.
Removal of Creator Dice
+ Dice at creation - The removal of the dice when creating a character will be removed as we move to using splitting of points.

Choices A.
+ Players forfeit their Attributes currently to vamp over to the new rules, allowing them to split 24 points into their bio. Though gain the level up points all the way to their current level and +1 Level Up [Free of charge]
Pros: +1 Level Up [Free] | Rearrange Attributes | Gain all Level Up Points to current level.
Cons: After level up Total EXP is lowered to 0.
Choice B
+ Players forfeit their Attributes currently to vamp over to the new rules, allowing them to split 24 points into their bio. Gain level up points all the way to current level. But Total Exp is reduced to match where it should be for Level. In exchange the difference is added to either AP, MF or Ryou.
Pros: Rearrange Attributes | Gain all Level Up Points to current level. | Gain either AP, MF, or Ryou from difference
Cons: Total Exp is reduced to match level.
Choice C
+ Players forfeit their attributes currently to vamp over to the new rules, allowing them to split 24 points into their bio. Then reduce their level to where the EXP comes to but obtain the level up bonuses. The player keeps the EXP they have stored allowing them to spend how they see fit.
Pros: Keep Total Experience to spend | Rearrange Attributes | Gain all Level Up Points to current level.
Cons: Loss of Level
