Elder Asakura Request - Missions 1D, 1C, & 4B

Standing Grave waited for Raijin to appear at the front gate as an young male about in mid 20's said, "So you are the ones that took on this mission. Please...can you help me and my friends clean up the village a little bit." Grave smiled, "Sure thing I'll get started once my friend arrives." The young male bowed and ran over to start helping his friends clean up.

Raijin stood outside the hospital with a slight breath of fresh air before he closed his eyes and exhaled before he smirked and opened his eyes looking at the sky, “I guess it's time I start heading for the gate...” Raijin said as he turned and started running towards the gate where they were supposed to meet up after everything was done and said, he weapon holster strapped to his back and the rest of his gear properly fastened and done as it was supposed to be. He slowed down and walked over to where Grave was and smiled and patted his shoulder, “I guess we should start picking up some garbage huh?” Raijin said with a slight smirk as he looked over at the boys already getting started.

Quickly glancing over at Raijin saying, "Yeah i guess so...i'll race you for it all" Within that moment Grave leaned over to grab a plastic trash bag. As he lifted it up slowly the smile came across his face as he jumped into the air to start his collection of trash quickly. Picking up piece after piece with a quick reaction. Though he was wanting to see how well that Raijin would pick up the trash. Grave thought for a moment this was good exercise to finally relax and move forward at getting to know Raijin a little better. "So how you like being with the Asakura Raijin?" This question was odd for him to ask but as they were becoming closer friends it was something that Grave wanted to make sure that Raijin was happy and doing good with living with them.

Raijin sighed as he looked at Grave race to try and get all of garbage picked up all at once in a hurry, he shook his head before he pulled the nodachi bokken from his holster on his back and used it as a garbage poker, he grabbed a bag and pulled the garbage off in the bag one after the other, he grinned at Grave at his sneaky little idea of how he wanted to deal with the garbage part, he looked up into the sky and sighed a breath of fresh air before he heard Grave talk about how he was fitting in with the Asakura's, he smiled and continued to pick up garbage before he gave Grave a look, “I enjoy it, everyone's polite, and it's a great place to live, and plus... your grandfather is like a father to me now, he ensures I'm not doing anything to sully myself or my reputation or my honor about all.” Raijin said as he continued still to pick up garbage.

Upon hearing the words of, 'Grandfather is like a father now.' Grave smiled big and nodded feeling the same way. Even though his rael father was never around and his mother is gone as well with travels. It all seemed liek Grave's family was spread out all over leaving a child alone in the dark without any form of love. But it was not until his grandfather and grandmother began training him that. The replacement of love was only something he wanted but never got until thinking of the times with his grandparents. It then filled his chest with the warm feeling. "Yeah, he's kind and loving person. If anything he understands the whole clan thing more than me. Even though I'll be the heir of the Clan after he passes away...but." Tying down the bags of trash, Grave lifted his head up and smiled saying, "Being the headmaster of the Asakura is not what I want to be."

Soon upon finishing his sentence Grave pulled out the list of names that was given. Marking off the people for trash clean up. The next mission request was located outside the gate. This was the person that wanted the boys to travel to Shinmyou Cave. "I wonder why they want go there?" scratching his head he wondered what was the cave about anyway. Shrugging to it all Grave just allowed himself to place the list behind him and smiled saying, "You ready Raijin?"

After he placed the garbage into a garbage bin after he was done with all the garbage he placed the sword back in his weapon on his back and looked around to see their progress, it was a worthy one that was for sure, he smiled and turned around to face Grave who was a little behind but all the garbage was already picked up meaning they were both done, he smiled at Grave and couldn't help but give a slight chuckle, “don't worry about whats to come, because that's like crying over spilled milk that hasn't happened yet, it's just not worth the troubles yet, and besides, you have your trust samurai friend here to help you now and till I get married or something happens.” Raijin said with a laugh before he looked at the paper Grave pulled out with their tasks.

Raijin sighed as he looked at the list but shrugged his shoulders before he thought about Grave being the grandmaster of his clan and smirked, “you'll be a great leader when the time comes so don't fret to much about it now...” Raijin said thinking to himself before he noticed it was the escort mission, he smirked to himself before he closed his eyes and breathed in deeply and held it for a moment before he exhaled before he opened his eyes again before he looked over at Grave again, “what ever the reason of them wanting to head there, we are in charge of escorting them there safely, so get your head together and we'll get a move on.” Raijin said as he hopped a few steps backwards and turned, “I'll meet you at the gate.” he added before he waved to the young boys before he turned and took off in a full out sprint heading in the wrong direction of the gates, but in the end when Grave reached the gates Raijin would be there awaiting him already.

Blinking in confusion of everything. Grave just shrugged it off as he waved his goodbyes at the young children as well with helping them clean up the village a little. After reading the escort request Grave noticed that Raijin had already left for the gates. But was heading in the wrong direction. Blinking again, Grave just sighed heavily and bolted as well towards the gates to meet the person of escort. Several minutes passed only to see two figures standing looking at one another. Scratching the side of his head confused for a moment the elder like male that seemed to be in his late 40's turned to see Grave and was already finished talkign with Raijin.

"Ah...so you are the boys here to take me to the cave. That's wonderful that will be grand idea for you all do to so. Please, please let me introduce myself, they call me Sanzo the monk. I'm asked for your request because of the fact I must seal a "Ikiryo" which means living spirit within the cave. It has been releasing a large amount of energy and i fear that this spirit can cause a huge upset in our village. So i'd like for you boys to help me reach the cave safely so I may perform the sealing ritual and be on my way to the next location." Thinking about it Grave never heard of anything called a living spirit before. But remembered his grandfather stating that a living spirit is a spirit that is alive, only to walk around leaving its body in a safe place.

"Hey...Raijin have you heard of anything within that cave?" This was puzzling cause of the fact that information comes and goes passed this village. Though maybe the spirit was connect to Mt. Raijin or something. But it was something that would be worth to look at.

Raijin stood there for a moment before he recognized Grave's chakra coming up from behind him, he smirked and nodded to the elderly man and bowed before he turned to face his friend with a nod, “what took you so long?” Raijin asked looking at him curiously. He turned his head back to Sanzo and nodded again, “yes, we will be accompanying you on your trip to those caves, but that sounds a little extreme for just some spirits... but then again I'm more of a fighter and see it to believe it kind of person, so I'll accompany you to the cave as is our mission.” Raijin said as he started walking alongside Sanzo with Grave following already he assumed.

“I've never even heard of this cave till now really....” Raijin said as he turned his head to face his friend, it was a mystery to him of how many of these caves there was around them all, he sighed and tapped his forehead before he looked over his shoulder to look at Grave, “I'm anticipating seeing how this mission turns out already.” Raijin added as he continued walking with Sanzo and Grave as he kept his eyes and ears open, and his sense for chakra open.

It took a bit for them to near the cave at least a little but still it was close enough for Raijin to start sensing something weird coming from the cave already, it made Raijin feel uneasy as they approached the cave's entrance more and more, “there's definitely something weird about this place...” he said finally before he looked over at Grave.

Sighing after hearing that Raijin himself did not know anything of the cave caused him to cross his arms in pouting action. When traveling down the dirt road it all seemed safe for them. Upon arriving at the cave Grave had noticed that Raijin was acting a little strange saying something is within the cave. But Grave's sensing ability was bad as he could only sense a few things that seemed to be around. Other than sensing anything weird it left him unharmed by fear. 'Odd...Raijin said he feels uneasy about this place yet I cannot feel a thing. It must be pretty high up there of a spirit for me not to be able to sense it as well. Hmm...maybe Sanzo feels it he's been quiet about it since we got here.'

Grave had place his hands within the inside of his vest. Confused for a moment but then shaking his head saying careful, "Monk Sanzo...can you feel anything coming from here at all?" Grave awaited the answer from the monk before he turned and nodded to them. "This is as far as you boys can go with me. Once I enter I may never return. So I thank you for getting me here, as for the sensing yes Grave I can feel it. Its a very high energy. Its chakra is so immense that it makes my skin crawl. You have not been trained like I have so your sensing ability is lacking. But once you've trained it, you'll feel the powers that I feel now."

Tilting his head then bowing to the monk, Grave understood what it meant for him to go within that cave. If that power is high then it was meant to either be defeated or sealed away. But this would leave the world in more of mystery. If there were other powers like this roaming around the other countries what is anyone doing to control or bind them. Sanzo bowed to the boys as he walked into the cave being swallowed by the darkness. Turning to face Raijin, "I believe it time we start on our mercenary work...we have to take out 4 rouges that have been attacking people in the area of Mt. Raijin. So, let's get a move on and be set for anything, If anything we may get attacked by two of them being on a team if they have to deal with us now."

Grave smiled getting set and making sure all his items were in perfect condensation before glancing back at Raijin and started his way down from the cave. Knowing that Sanzo had given his life to defeat that great power within the cave.

The fact that Raijin was able to sense anything at all caught the monks attention but Sanzo knew already that Raijin didn't have the skill to know just how monstrous the chakra power was and how vast and evil it felt, but he knew it was his warriors spirit within that picked up on the vast evil that lay dormant within the cave, he patted Raijin on the shoulder before he started to walk into the cave, Raijin bowed with respect to the monk as he actually went to the location of where the monk really was, the monastery, Raijin went there to pick him up as he was actually instructed to do by Grave's grandfather. He now understood why he was meant to meet this man, and he bowed with respect to the monk as he vanished slowly into the dark endless abyss of the cave before he closed his eyes and muttered a quick line for a soul soon to pass from the living realm to the realm of the dead, he stood there for a few moments still bowing before he stood up straight and looked into the abyss before the force of the evil inside disappeared back into the darkness of the cave where it belonged, but then he noticed they were being watched carefully from a tree branch shaking from a foot landing on it, or was it just the wind.

Raijin shrugged it off before he turned to face Grave with a serious face on now, “we need to be careful because these men aren't just going to let us capture them or kill them easily, it's going to be a challenge that was damn well for sure. He turned around and looked at Grave before he said something that would most likely throw him for a loop, “we're going to each find the solo men alone and then we will meet back up at the village where the brothers are hiding.” Raijin said as he turned and looked at Grave in the eyes with a serious look on his face, he knew for a fact that if Grave was with him when he took his first life he had to do it alone. He unsheathed his katana from his back before he glanced it over before re-sheathing the sword, he smiled at Grave before he turned to take a step, “this is an order from your grandfather by the way... he wants us to defeat the solo men by ourselves and then go fight the brothers because the brothers will be the hardest fight we've had to do so far.” Raijin added as he looked back to the village where his target was hiding in and with that said he launched himself forward and started running.

It took Raijin a few moments to arrive in the town where his target was hiding, an abandoned village that he killed and plundered turning into his own village of nothingness, unsheathing the katana from his back Raijin walked inside the building and took a deep breath before he looked down the main street of the village to the towns center and most important building back in its day and saw the man standing there waiting for him, “I've been expecting someone to finally come after me.” the tall man said looking at Raijin with a hungry cold look in his eyes that sent a somewhat weird shiver down Raijin's spine. “Do you think it wise to try and take me on by yourself.... boy?” the man said again as he tilted his head with those pearly white darkish eyes watching him like a hungry wolf that left the pack, he stared at him not showing him a single ounce of fear or that he was scared, he welcomed this challenge but what got to him was the fact that he would have to deal with the fact he had no choice anymore to take this mans life, but he was glad that Grave's grandfather told him to take this man on his own due to the fact that it was going to show something within Raijin that he couldn't let Grave see in him and that was that he was a killer since he first touched the katana and learned the ways of the samurai but the fact that he refused to take life made him a special samurai.

Raijin looked at the man and with that they charged towards each other clashing their swords against each others violently, making sparks fly, they traded blows for a long while before blood finally sprayed into the air, the man fell to his knees grabbing at his stomach where Raijin's katana blade found flesh, it awoke something within Raijin that was dark and evil to the core but the rest of Raijin's good, and will locked it back away causing Raijin to vomit on the ground before he noticed he was covered in blood, he cleaned his sword and himself off from the blood and pulled out the scroll and placed the head within the scroll as he was instructed to do with this mans head.
