Need Some Help

Okay I want to make A second Character thats already apart of a clan. But I want this character to have a special element I make myself will this be allowed or be shot down immediately because I don't want to waist my time. I'm saying this because example would be Hashirama who unlike the rest of the clan members had a Different Kekkai Genkai besides his body. And thats what elements are a Kekkai Genkai.

It would depend on the element in which you wish to create. As kekkei genkai are blood limits, not just elements fall under that that also includes doujutsus and manipulations over certain things within the body.
