~ The Detour ~ {Hayabusa}

The two men made it to the Earth Country, walking between two high mountains that created the passage way that led them. Hayabusa knew this reminded him of the way the Sand Village was built. He smirked as thought about rebuilding his home to possibly be better than both these places. He stayed slightly behind this man that proposed the idea of soldiers to him in the first place. They had slightly made it to the front gate before people who were outgoing began to stare at him. As he made it close to the front gate, the men bowed.

“What do we owe this pleasure to be in the presence of the newly founded Beast Country’s Daimyo AND village leader?” one of the men in the front began. He had a feeling saying that he were going to steal some of their men would cause problems. He also figured that Gin did not want this known.
“Hello… I am surprised that in a matter of a few weeks, I am already known by my neighbors…” he said. Hayabusa stood up after bowing. “Well…” Hayabusa began.
“My friend here wanted to visit the Shrine of Kaku…” Gin said without hesitation.

“Oh… but of course…” he said. Hayabusa cut his eyes at Gin. Gin lifted his arms, noting it was all he could think of at the time.
“Well then… Sir Hayabusa, was it?” the gate attendant asked. “I will have to escort you, due to your being a… special… guest…” he said. This could have mean either Hayabusa could not be trusted, or he was a guest of honor.
“Very well…” Hayabusa said. He slightly bowed and put his arm out for him to lead the way. As the man turned to walk, Hayabusa cut his eyes at Gin again.

They walked through the highly defended village, on their way to the destination. Kaku’s Shrine could be beneficial if it had been anything like Konoha’s Kyuubi Shrine. He wouldn’t mind the chance to unlock the Doton potential within him. He knew that a recessive trait of his clan had been the Sand Element. He had never witnessed it from anybody in his clan, but he was told that his mother had such ability. Maybe he would too. He would soon find out. Hayabusa looked up at the opening gates and the quote that had rested on top of those pillars.

It was a little more inviting than Kyuubi’s shrine. Hayabusa smirked. It did look a little similar, aside from its architectural appearance.
“Interesting… just what I expected…” Hayabusa said, as if he really came here for this purpose. He had to lead it on that he did. At saying this, he looked at Gin once more.
“Did you come to experience or simply look at it?” the attendant asked.
“To go in, of course…” Hayabusa said. Gin seemed as though he was going to answer for Hayabusa, but Hayabusa got to it before hand. He seemed a little bit shocked.

“Well then, Sir Hayabusa…” he said. Hayabusa slightly bowed as the man put his arm out for him to make lead. Hayabusa went up the grand temple stairs, making absolutely no hesitation before stepping into the temple. The moment he did, like the Fire Temple, the cavern entrance shut behind him by what seemed to be a solid piece of Earth… perhaps it could even be granite. Hayabusa shrugged. He looked around the cave, seeing that there had only been one straight hall showing his destination at the end of the tunnel.
“Well then…” Hayabusa said. He slightly stepped forward.

The moment that happened, Hayabusa felt a slight rumble. He looked around.
“Well…” Hayabusa began. “Shit… is about to get real…” Hayabusa said. He slowly beginning to walk forward before he unbuttoned his cloak. Pebbles began falling from the ceiling. He broke off into a fast walk as he took put his hand on his chest, letting the chakra flow through his straps to his kunai that are strapped to his torso. Hayabusa then began to break off into a sprint. Things quickly got very hectic. He ran forward as fast as he could as the pebbles eventually got bigger.

The began to fall, and all he could do was dodge. The ground beneath him began to fall as he made it past the halfway point. He activate his Sharingan eyes, as he predicted that the next step he took would make the ground crumble. He put his hand on the wall to the right, lifting his legs to the left, planting his feet on it as he began to scale that wall with chakra. Not more than 10 feet later did the left side push closer to the right as if to try to smash him and kill him.

Hayabusa lifted his right hand and one of the kunai came dislodged, flying forward, with three more behind it. They began planting on the walls and ceilings. He used his other hand as well, as this was too dangerous to use on caves so unstable as the crumbled. Ten lodged into the wall, and within seconds, they began to dislodge. Hayabusa began to think on his feet, having a system in which each kunai stabbed, put tension on his strings, and pulled him forward. He soon made it to the end with nothing more than falling rocks everywhere around him.

He made it to the end with one final pull of tension sending him flying in the air. There was nothing left except the pillar in which the orb to give him the power had been on. Hayabusa extended his hand as he grabbed for it. He missed by three inches, but the thread grasped it, bringing it to his hand. The moment he touched the orb. He fell down the pic. He thought he was dead, before he landed on his feet, right back at the entrance. It was like a Genjutsu loop. He looked at the cavern door. Something about himself felt different. Hayabusa peformed a seal and, just like that, the wall crushed before him. He zipped his cloak up and walked out. All of them look astonished.
“That’s got to be record…” Gin said. All of them applauded. Hayabusa bowed before he stepped down. Gin stepped before him.
“Lord Hayabusa…” he said as he bowed. “I apologize. I have deceived you. I am the alpha… this was a test that I put you through, and it seems as though you pass with way more than flying colors. If you would have us, I would love to bring in some money and housing for my soldiers for your aid…” he said. Hayabusa raise an eyebrow before he realized this man was sincere… he could tell because of the steadiness in his chakra… speaking in which, Hayabusa had totally forgotten to deactivate his Sharingan. He reverted it back to his normal green eyes.
“Of course…” Hayabusa gave him 25 cards to prove he sent the men. “Take these to you men, and go to the village. You will become members.”
“And what of you, Lord Hayabusa?” he asked.
“I have…” somewhere else to go… some body else that I have to meet with before going home… two people actually…” he said, as he began to think of Kokoro.
“As you wish…” Gin said, bowing before vanishing before him. Hayabusa smirked. ‘ANBU’… he thought in his head. He turned, after being praised by the rest. Maybe this will buy him a few people wanting to be under his wing at his village. He walked toward the village gates.
“Sir Hayabusa…” the gate attendant said as he slightly bowed. Hayabusa turned to look at him before he proceeded to leave.
“Yes?”
“Um…” He moved in discreetly. “Are you accepting citizens at your village?” he asked. Hayabusa smirked, as he knew that his theory of winning a few hearts had been correct. Hayabusa nodded, before giving him a card and walking away.

Moving on past the mountains, Hayabusa took one of the horses from the stable and rode it hard, now embarking on his journey to Konoha. This would be one of the last times Hayabusa planned to go there, even though he didn’t even go to see his father at all… but he was sure that the man heard about him being in Konoh a and he did not make any attempt to go see him either. Maybe that was not a path that he had to take… but then again, there had still been plenty of time left for his father to see him… who knows, maybe even come to his village to be with him in his moment of shine…
