The best looked into the green eyes of his opponent. It growled before it used some of the bit of strength it had left to left its claw. It came down at a high velocity, like a swatter coming down at a fly. Hayabusa could not believe that the best had been so dishonorable that he would attempt to attack with being defeated and being healed by the opponent. To his surprise, the beast slammed his huge hand on the contract. With its claw, it dug into its own thumb, before blood came oozing out. Hayabusa sighed in relief. The beast swiped his hand on the contract, and it lit up. Hayabusa could feel a connection to the beast. He smirked, as he picked up the contract, put it away, and using both hands to heal the beast further.
“Can you move…” he said.
“Hmph…” the beast grunted. The beast sat up and looked at Hayabusa. “Damn… human.” The beast turned away.
“Don’t be like that beast. Again, I only call you that…”
“Shut it… I’m not telling you my name.”
“Hmmm… very well…” he said. “Would you like me to take you or summon you back to the village.”
“I’ll find it myself…” he said. It turned and began to bury in the ground.
“Ok… I’ll meet up with you later… prepare for …” he began, but the beast left before Hayabusa could finish talking. “This is gonna take some time isn’t it…” Hayabusa sighed, as he fell backwards, laying in the sand, before other things took place….
Later on in the night, Hayabusa had unlocked his Wind affinity. It was going to take him quite some time to train it. And soon, with the help of the One Tailed Beast, he was going to unlock and master the ancient clan element of Sand. It was a recessive trait that had to be pushed over the limit, and had only been seen in the Lydeck Clan by those who have unlocked both Medical and Puppetry mastery. Finally rested up, with a little more chakra, Hayabusa jumped through Time and Space, landing in the forefront of the gates. He knew people would be waiting on his arrival, therefore coming into the village through the mansion would be suspicious. He took a deep breath as he began to walk in the Granite gates.
As he walked in, the gate attendants looked at him. They bowed down to him. People began whispering ‘Lord Hayabusa has returned’. He smirked, but he had still been very exhausted and very hungry. People already began yelling in excitement and crowding around him. Hayabusa liked it, until people began to get very touchy and aggressive and loud. He couldn’t get words out. Soon, many recruits with the Gesshoku cloak and the Wolf sign on their backs, meaning they were enforcers and mostly comprised of ANBU members, began to jump in between the leader and the crowd. Silence fell once one shot a great fire ball in the sky.
“Hey… cool it…” he said. Hayabusa then spoke.
“All… I know you are all excited. But, I am tired and exhausted. I need a feast prepared. Let’s have a festival as of today. Shukaku’s Festival. The South Quarter. I will tell my story, and from then on, you will all know the friendly grand battle between the beast and I. Got it?” They all cheered. Hayabusa shook his head as he began to walk. He was escorted to his mansion, where he thanked the members, and laid down.
“Shadow… hold off a little bit.” He said.
He rested, drifting off before the festival had time to start. Half of an hour before hand, he heard a knock at the door.
“Lord Hayabusa…” he yelled.
“Eliot…”
“Festival will begin soon. I suggest you wake…” he said. Hayabusa sighed, as he got up and got his stuff together. He was sure hungry, and he was planning to take advantage of his ordering of the feast. He opened the door and looked into Eliot’s eyes.
“Well… let’s go.” They began to walk. Eliot looked at him.
“What happened anyway? We thought you were dead. Last we saw had been that huge blast, then silence.”
“All in all, Eliot…” he began. “The One Tailed Beast has signed the contract. He’ll be joining us at his own pace. We need to have Gesshoku Akatsuki members on guard at the lair. Safe distance to give privacy, but enough to keep an eye on any intruders…”
