Inshitsu woke up to the blinding light of the sun that was above him hovering out of reach. Inshitsu put his hand in front of his eyes to block the light. He sat up and scanned the area around him. He remembered that he was unable to find a place to sleep last night and resorted to sleeping on top of a roof that was out of sight of random people. Inshitsu stood up and dusted himself off. There were only tiny packs of dust, but he wanted to not look like he was a peasant. Inshitsu walked to the edge of the building and lowered himself. Inshitsu gripped on the edge as he flipped himself to be crouched on the side of the building. The weights started to take a severe toll on Inshitsu’s stamina. Inshitsu took a very cautious manner of climbing down the building. He was on the third level of the ten story building when he had a very unfortunate misstep. He slipped off of the window that his right foot was stood on. Inshitsu was about to lower himself down to a window that was beneath him when his right leg gave out, taking his right foot with him. He fell down, and as he was passing the window that he was trying to get to, his hands shot out and grasp the bottom of the window’s frame. Inshitsu took a couple of seconds to be able calm himself to descend the few feet that he had left. Upon hitting the ground, Inshitsu stopped in order to regain his breath. When he was able to breathe completely, he walked out of the area behind the group of buildings. He walked out into the street of the village, completely melding into the crowd that was on the street. Inshitsu broke away from the crowd when he was able to see the village’s gate. Inshitsu walked through the gate to find a suitable training spot away from people. Inshitsu found a flat area that was behind a hill blocking it from the village’s sight. Inshitsu looked around him to double check for anything that could have been peeking at him. Inshitsu was relieved when he was unable to spot something stalking him. Inshitsu held his hands level with his chest. Wave of Inspiration! Inshitsu’s hands flashed with the hand signs of the technique in his head. Staring at a spot in the grassy land, he saw the glow of lightning around his hands. Inshitsu jumped when the lightning shot into his field of vision, striking the spot that he was looking at. Grave’s words about his training popped into his head as he watched the technique barely singe any of the grass. Inshitsu stared at the spot forming the hand signs of the technique again, but something felt off this time. It felt more draining than normal. Inshitsu’s hands pulled away from each other with amount of charka between his hands. Inshitsu shouted the words, ”Twin Spheres!” Balls of lightning formed at both of his hands with the amount of charka pumped into them. Inshitsu swung his arms at the spot that he was staring at. The balls flung off his hands connecting to each other with strands of lightning. They spun in a circle with the strands as the diameter. When they connected with the spot that he was staring at, the balls and the strands exploded in a flurry of sparks, igniting the grass around the explosion. Inshitsu franticly stomped out the fire that he ignited in the field. Inshitsu stopped as the final ember of the fire was crushed beneath his foot. The result of his actions finally dawned on to Inshitsu as he realized that he had created his first destructive technique. Inshitsu looked at the palm of both of his hands. Inshitsu pressed them together. Inshitsu went through the hand signs that he had done when he thought that he had performed Wave of Inspiration. Inshitsu realized that while he was forming the hand signs he had slipped in two extra hand signs in his subtle anger. Inshitsu took in a deep breath and returned his hands back to the position that they were first in. Inshitsu performed the hand signs to the new technique. Inshitsu felt the large drain of charka in his body and he separated his hands as he felt the charka rush to his palms. The balls of lightning formed at his palms like he expected them to. Inshitsu flung his arms forward like he did the first time, the formation of the lightning balls’ connection. They struck another patch of grass the same as last. As Inshitsu stomped the fire out in the other patch of grass, he went over in his head what he was going to name his new technique.
