Raijin looked ahead before he tilted his head before he took a few steps forwards before he started to rotate his arms in a harmonic style before the wind that was so angry and hostile that was heading towards him soon surrounded his body, he then continued more before he created the rain that touched the fast spinning sphere around to turn into needle like rain to create damage. Raijin at this point smiled as all of Hayabusa’s attacks would bounce off his own attack to which he just smiled and nodded his head. After he nodded a smiled he looked forwards as he breathed through his mask he charged forwards after Shadow finished his assault attempting to cut at him twice as well with his swords before he would make hand seals behind the veil and cover of the sphere he was in to create a genjutsu called Nehan Shouja no jutsu in an attempt to capture his opponent in a sleep so he would be able to create an effect of harm as he would back up.

((OOC: It's not incomplete any more, it's now a full on working ability now, it's not a move or jutsu that requires a drain so yes it is something I can use over and over again by just using up actions and that's it.

And your jutsu stated it blows anything that gets in the gust away hence I made the sphere with your attack.))

OOC: Just another petty but VERY overlooked detail in the whole site. The concept of dual weilding. Doesn't it make it hard to do hand seals and such? Lol just something I realized. I don't have a problem with it in this case though.
