Raijin watched as all of everything went down from behind the sphere still before he made some more body motions before the rain over by where the other clone was started to become sharp and needle like dropping needles down all around where Raijin could sense the clone to be hiding at. Raijin looked back and continued to make body motions before he launched a large water wave blast at the katon attack putting the fire out before he felt he couldn’t move he did everything he could before he gritted his teeth using his chakra to overpower the paralysis he was in before he could move again before he smirked and took off darting towards his opponent again aiming a blade at the man’s chest and the other one at the base of the back of the neck to paralyze Shadow so that Raijin could end this fight before he’d call back to base to find out where the enemies we’re coming from.

((OOC: Good try, but absorbing the water attack to stop your first fireball attack and the water attack sent after your clone would cost you 3 actions total, not 1, and I don't think the gourd would allow you to suck up ALL the water as it's raining like a mutha trucka without a cost for it all, just my thoughts though so what's that matter...))

PS - how would you know I was attacking your clone when for all you know it was just to attack you? cause it carries no chakra, you don't gain any intel from your clone until it's taken out.

OOC: To say "Absorb".... takes one action. Period. It's not about absorbing ALL the water, just about absorbing the water that you are bending. By ALL water I didn't mean the rain as well. I didn't even think to do such a thing, nor would I think its possible. So that answers the question about the water going towards the clone as well. I could speak on the way upkeeping a wind sphere takes effort, and you have it as -0. Or how you possibly knew a Amaterasu was coming your way TWICE when it simply takes a look to use the jutsu, and its not like you could see my eye bleeding. I have a mask on. Or how this whole battle you've taken not none damage. Or how you possibly managed to Kawarimi out of a gaurenteed attack that was given at the EXACT same time as you hit me (hence why I took damage), yet I still took damage. Or.... you know... the tag thing.
Multiple opportunities I could have complained or came to collect tax but I left it... expecting OMNI to chime in only when something was illegal. But not since we seem to be playing this "How can you" game after every single post, I would gladly love to hear the answers to all the above.
Lastly, it was something never brought to my attention. I mean... if it can absorb chakra, jutsu, and even bodies, why would elements be any different.

OOC: And just as you believe I should not be able to absorb rain clouds... which I would gladly so choose to do, without chakra drain, I believe you shouldn't be bending these elements to do said crazy things, without a drain neither. Especially those that took so much chakra to conjure. But thats just my thought, so what's it matter.

1. It’s from an ability, hence it has no chakra, it can’t be absorbed as it’s not a technique, I paid the cost and it’s an ability, I already paid the action to take it over as a counter action, hence after the first action payment, I don’t have to worry about the upkeep of 1 action anymore due to my ability allowing it.
2. I could tell you were using jutsu’s the entire time especially Amaterasu because it’s stated within the manga/anime that chakra sensors can tell when one is using it, I noticed your sharingan from when we went in close combat, and the fact I can feel it’s drain upon your chakra… remember I’m a chakra sensor. So in terms it allows for me to tell if and when you’re using chakra. PS… Zengetsu states that the atmosphere was warming up as well as chakra sensors could sense the fact it’s happening.
3. My ability has been approved, and I stated that my character found a way to make it work, hence when my ability was being approved, why you didn’t state your opinion about it before it was approved.
4. I already told Omni and Grave about this beforehand and a solution was resolved to fix the problem about my over use of the tags. So this is already resolved.
5. About my ability again, I have 100% on all of my elements, except for Jiton, that’s at 55% to allow up to simple tricks to be used, I can still repel metal using it easily as its half way to its mastered form. Hence why I don’t have an ass load of kunai and shuriken floating around me as a defence. (copy written by me btw) Also as it was discussed when I was being asked questions about my ability, nothing was said against it, so as much as you want to complain about it now, you can’t because it’s already been approved.
6. Kawarimi doesn’t require a hand seal, as long as the pay is made the jutsu would allow for it to trigger and take effect.
7. Effect: Absorb a technique (Cannot take damage) – it says a technique, nothing about abilities or something seeds give to usage, so it’s got it’s own back draw, so you wouldn’t be able to absorb my ability attacks.

OOC: Likewise you didn't say anything about the absorbing of the ability the first time. I didn't say anything because when I read it on your board and said something to you about it you said it was incomplete. I DID express that the whole idea of it not having a drain bugged me. From the jump. So you can't say that I waited until now. I didn't see any resolution to the tag thing. You said "My bad" I said "Let it slide".... thats not a resolution, thats a settlement. The amaterasu thing... I still can't wrap around that. I mean, firstly, its a jutsu you've never been exposed to. Secondly yes you have chakra sense. Your max capacity of sensing is 2800. I exceed that... a lot. I totally accept that, though that is not in the description, that argument could be made that that what chakra sensing is for. If it's not in the description, or in the restrictions, it can be done. Creativity, as Omni urges. However, there still is that 2800 cap. Feeling heat around you... while rain is pouring around your body. And being able to differentiate it between a jutsu and temperature change in less than an instant.... yea....... The source in which it comes from cannot be sensed, so I urge you to give another supporting factor. What I'm saying about the Kawarimi is that I hit you at the same time you hit me, so if you Kawarimi'd while I hit you, then that means that your attack never hit me neither. But since you'd brought up the hand seal thing... how does that work when you need hand seals but you're in double wield?
I'm not saying I'm complaining, but since we are asking all of the unanswered questions.....
Where could I find the details of this ability anyway? I can't find it anywhere.
