I didn't say anything because when I read it on your board and said something to you about it you said it was incomplete. I DID express that the whole idea of it not having a drain bugged me. From the jump. So you can't say that I waited until now. I didn't see any resolution to the tag thing. You said "My bad" I said "Let it slide".... thats not a resolution, thats a settlement. The amaterasu thing... I still can't wrap around that. I mean, firstly, its a jutsu you've never been exposed to. Secondly yes you have chakra sense. Your max capacity of sensing is 2800. I exceed that... a lot. I totally accept that, though that is not in the description, that argument could be made that that what chakra sensing is for. If it's not in the description, or in the restrictions, it can be done. Creativity, as Omni urges. However, there still is that 2800 cap. Feeling heat around you... while rain is pouring around your body. And being able to differentiate it between a jutsu and temperature change in less than an instant.... yea....... The source in which it comes from cannot be sensed, so I urge you to give another supporting factor. What I'm saying about the Kawarimi is that I hit you at the same time you hit me, so if you Kawarimi'd while I hit you, then that means that your attack never hit me neither. But since you'd brought up the hand seal thing... how does that work when you need hand seals but you're in double wield?
I'm not saying I'm complaining, but since we are asking all of the unanswered questions.....
Where could I find the details of this ability anyway? I can't find it anywhere.

((OOC: Firstly when I told you it was incomplete that was because I had to get certain things for it done and those are done now so it's complete, 2nd I control all the elements around us mostly so I can tell the difference, I can feel the warmth touching the water and what your saying about your attack not hitting me, it hit you because you allowed it too, I evaded at the last second allowing my hit to land and just cause I'm dual wielding doesn't mean I can't make handseals, the swords are just incorporated into the seals. Back to the handseal thing, if you'd like I can damn well fix that with a new seed I've been working on that will remove my need to use handseals at all...

1. Seems the Custom Abilities/Seeds has come to getting out of hand which is why I did not wish to allow them at first. However Raijin I'll be reworking on the ability for everyone in a bit so we do not run into this problem again. As well I will continue to think about rather or not to allow more customization afterwards.

3. I was confused as to what happen at first because of the whole Rolling of a "5" before hand now you all know the rolls correspond to that action. Ie. 12 vs 5 and etc. and performing a counter action as stated forfeits rolls meaning if you do a Evasion Roll you cannot or should not be able to perform a Counter Action. As it is clearly written on the Combat Guidance, However this could be a mistake on my part cause of words used. Which is why I also let it pass.

4. As for dual wielding, it stats one can dual wield two blades during combat. Now if he placed them down to perform the seals then that would pass with him picking them up as it would be just like your Technique Hayabusa, Upon using the 1 hand seal to trigger the Kumo Kinjutsu should have been shown [-1 Action: 1 Hand Seal - Activation of ***] Cause it through me off as to what was being activated until you did it next post which then fixed everything.

5. Even though your technique is stated a "guaranteed hit" that would mean you'd be rolling a auto 20. Which does not mean you'd get a hit if the person performs a counter action of Supportive ie, Flying Thunder God or Kawarimi. Even more so that technique has been shown to have the user take damage in falsely hood, Kakashi Vs Sasuke during the Genin Exam or Kakashi vs the Oni Brothers. We never seem him use the hand seals for the technique for that matter as well. It again hand seals are added for RP/Words to allow that if you have 100% chakra control then I'd be like okay for that ranked technique I understand. But I wouldn't allow it UNLESS you had reasons and facts to back it up as I showed.

6. Now for the damage that was done If Raijin attacked you and then you performed the technique as well as him you'd have to do the chain for it. Raijin's Attack hits causing your attack to trigger and before getting hit his attack would trigger.

7. Amatersau not seeing but feeling something is off, still goes to show you are shinobi and etc. Why stay in the way of something that you feel is coming? Its like a moving truck you never seen that kind of truck before but do you stand there like a deer?

If you haven't studied how a Bijuudama is formed what makes you think you can create a technique like the Bijuudama? Minato studied the bijuudama and created Rasengan. That is creative. Even more so that Puppet armor, I was trying to figure out how you were absorbing chakra from the generator if it only creates strings and its effects do not even state, you can absorb the chakra from which was stored? This would be something that you created, I allowed it because the idea seemed to save you chakra to use puppets not absorb it. So does that mean you made a mistake on this item? or are you performing the Devil's Grip? Which is why I left it alone until after the war, but it shouldn't be going on this long as the battle system was simple to use BEFORE the war.

Also with the Puppet Armor being tuned of your Muscles, Cells and etc it doesn't mean it would still recover your chakra, It could mean it shares what you have.

8. Its a basic assumption. If it can be stored it can be used. I've done it in the battle against Shukaku and it wasn't an issue. It simply says it can store up to 5000 chakra. Was i wrong in assuming this? This is what I thought it was meant to be from day one, otherwise I would've made my own. Either way if I HAD to explain the technicality of it to work, I would say this much. The string generated could attach to me and transfer chakra to me through such nature, using medical ninjutsu through the chakra line, if need be. I can also absorb chakra (medical jutsu) so either way would work. But I legitly LEGITLY on some no bullshit loop hole "didn't describe it that way" stuff thought that, even from the last site, that it being a Chakra Storage Container and all meant you had to store chakra into it that you could use later. Otherwise I would've used the action to beable to absorb it from the container.

Lastly... simple? Yes, it's simple. But using Kawarimi 25 times is also simple. If nobody can ever get hit, how does it end.

“For Safety measures as I am the Supreme Commander of the war I will Leave Hiraishin Mark here” He said as he burned his Flying Monkey Raijin Symbol to the ground. Heise found it funny that a lot of his jutsu’ had grown a monkey adaptation to them in some shape or form. Sabu then appeared next to him.
“Sabu, You and Sky are going to come with me to the battlegrounds in case anything fishy happens. If there is indeed need of more reinforcements here, I will go grab Sensei Shizou from Konoha and warp him here. But I do believe the enemy is sane enough not to attack at our Homefront.” Heise said. He looked at Sky one more time.
"Prep the med squad to begin travel to Takigakure" Heise said.

As for the Kawarimi, yes its a move that can be used over and over and over getting nowhere but its the same with using the same moves. Good example, Halo getting the rockets or sword or shotgun, either way your a whore of one of those weapons. or CoD camping, it may be frowned upon but its still a tactic to surviving.

As for your bio Heise, I'm not sure why it was like that but I fixed it.

I'm not saying anything against the Kawarimi. I'm just responding to why it's taking so long. You don't put Goku and Vegeta in a ring together and expect it to take an hour to finish... or a day.... or even a week.
