Shadow had sat comfortably in his office seat, as he crossed off a few things from his list. He sighed, as things weren’t as smooth as he had hoped.
“Whatever…” he thought to himself, as he stood up. Just then, he had heard something fidgeting in the near distance. It had been coming from the cloning lab. As he walked to the door, he could see a completely bland humanoid in the form of a crystal. It looked around, and Shadow opened the door. It bowed immediately.
“Lord Shadow… this new vessel’s name?” the being asked.
“Gem…”
“Understood.”
“This vessel’s ability?” Shadow asked. The being walked up to Shadow, and stood still, as his body began to pigment into nothingness. He could see through him like glass. “Hmmmm… interesting…. May come in handy.”
“I can also still do what the vessel Camo did.”
“Understood… I need you to head to HQ and see if Eliot is any kind of ready for the meeting.”
“Yes sir…” and the being melted away into the ground. Shadow turned to the refrigeration unit and pulled out a vial of blood. It was Heise’s. Using he previous methods, Shadow generated the makings of a new life form… but unlike the others, this one regenerated extremely quickly, forming into a full being in a matter of a minute. It had been a muscular wooden humanoid.
“What… what am I? Who am I?”
“My child… you are a creation. You will be known as, Sen…”
“Sen…” the being felt an obvious loyalty to Shadow.
“Yes… do you know what you can do?” Shadow asked. The being cocked his head to the side, before he slightly touches Shadow’s arm. He soon transformed his body into Shadow. It was like looking in the mirror. Shadow smirked.
“That can definitely come in handy… now…” Shadow took out a few vials, and withdrew some of the clone’s blood. “Stick with me… we must find you a form to take…” Shadow turned, and off they walked…
