It was finally time! After much waiting and training with the help of his own mentor, Asura was finally ready for the academy exam! Iwa had been in an restless state and academy training was brushed off after a very long time. So Asura was thrilled to hear it was back in action and he would get to earn his rank as a ninja and start going on missions. Exploring the caves of the mountains of Iwa and scrapping for treasure only was so fulfilling for so long.
Asura waited with a handful of other students, several of varying ages close to his own. Asura was dressed in his usual red hakama and red vest. ON his hip he had his short sword as well-- his new and reliable Shinkou.
While the classes of the academy was in disarray, he had been hard at work training and working on his skills. Had he not had his Jiin instructor and family friend-- Master Roku, he wouldn't of had advanced as much as he had. He knew several jutsu now and grown skilled with katon. Though he was still working constantly to improve, he likely stood above the other academy students in talent and skills.
He was ready for the exam. Looking afar from the staging area, Asura could see his Master Roku. The man with the long black hair and sharp beard watched with a smile, as if he was Asura's father, cheering him on silently.
Asura was determined to pass!

- Walking to the open field to see everyone finally it was something that seemed to be a rare thing but it was not even close. Sighing heavily to the thought of this middle aged male came from the shadows to appear on the field to raise and eyebrow and then begin yelling, "YOU ALL FAIL!" This brown haired man with his hair spiked up seemed to be a strong figure standing at least 6 feet with his brute strength supporting him it seemed. But the thing was his mustache that would come down pass his chin like a beard itself. But with that how could everyone just suddenly fail even though they did not even start the test what could have caused this issue. Everyone waited in silence to see the reasons as to this but the man could only way to see everyone's reaction. -

The man's appearance was indeed striking as he appeared in a puff of smoke, as how many ninja would appear. He seemed built strong and even as skilled as other ninja of the village despite his age. However, clearly now as he stood before them all, they could expect hell.
"YOU ALL FAIL!" was his reply!
ALot of students made a fuss, whined and complained. Asura was a bit shocked. After so many times Iwa had skipped classes, cancelled things in the light of a dead attention to the youth of the village-- and now he said they all failed. Asura gripped his fists but kept quiet. He listened and waited to see what happened. But it didn't simmer his anger.
Watching from afar, Roku looked on and noticed Asura's anger from a distance. Even as he was quiet and not throwing a fuss as the others. Careful Asura... don't let your anger get the better of you he thought as he watched.
Asura just glared at the instructor, not saying anything. Despite that and the confusion, he just glared and didn't move. He was NOT LEAVING till he became a genin, and he would fight the proctor if it called for it.

- Standing tall, with a evil grin on his face he could slowly turn away from them as he was beginning to walk off slowly with the emptiness within the air. Silence is what seemed to be wonderful to him as he would slowly take one step forward he could only think to himself, 'You are all weak, if one cannot hold the stone heart then you cannot proceed to surpass your own limitations.' The man seemed to be holding back from even helping the students but it was a test of hidden potential one and only one could truly understand what it means to even move forward and hold back everything. But the question was how would one move forward and what would it take to move forward. A stone heart, a heart of stone no it was something else it was more or else the heart that is strong enough to face everything and break through it all. But only the man knew this and waited still. Almost leaving the view of everyone as he figured nobody would understand. -

Asura was trembling-- but with anger. He HATED to be talked down to. It infuriated him and this guy was just rubbing him the wrong way. Who the hell was he to talk down upon them all.
Watching from afar, Roku knew that look on Asura's face. Silent fury simmering below the surface. "Asura no..." he whispered to himself, knowing what usually happened when his student lost his temper.
However, it was as his master would fear. Asura acted.
With a flick of his wrist, he drew out a handful of shuriken! He held them between his fingers easily and his eyes widened with anger as he moved! With a slash of his arm, he threw the shuriken forward poised to strike the proctor as his back was turned!
The other students looked at Asura as if he was crazy. The guy just attacked the teacher, despite how he reacted to them all. Still, Asura didn't give a damn. He stood there, and the other students stepped away, not wanting to be mistaken as him.
Asura kept his stance and glare. He didn't care if he was singled out. He was not going to back down. "Old man! Think you might of overlooked some of us!" he growled back to him

- As the shurikens were coming from behind the man continued to walk only to then have stones coming up to block the shurikens to negate the incoming attack. Turning around another figure would pull from the ground having the exactly the same body and facial structure. They would smile saying only for the other to finish the sentence.
"So its finally..." said the one that was about to be attacked by the shurikens
"Begun." coming from the one to block the shurikens with his rock like body.
Both would soon vanish appearing in front and behind the young boy as they would pull back their fists having them coming at him with them gathering rocks around their fist to increase the offensive power of the attack. -

(Earth Ninja theme for me LOL )
At first Asura thought his shiriken would attack the target-- however the ground heaved to reveal it was in fact another body! ANd both of them spoke in converse with one another like a pair of twins. That made it two options: That one of them was a clone created to aid in combat-- or that the protors were a pair of twins. Still, that much teamwork seemed a bit too complex for a clone. It was very possible Asura had to fight two on one!
A moment later they vanished, stating now that it had begun. Suddenly they were on either side of Asura. The other students had backed away at the sudden appearance and the two instructors quickly moved and prepared to attack They made rocks gather on their fists, adding to their physical blows. If they struck Asura, it would be bad.
"Damnit--" Asura swore and made a hand sign.
Smash! The two made contact with Asura, a sickening squish and crunch sound following the blows. They had smashed into Asura as if he was a dummy made of cheap metal and wood.
... at least so they thought.
POOF!! The body of Asura vanished, to reveal a (dummy/item storage) a dummy with a tongue sticking out of its face. Clearly a custom made item to add insult to injury with the technique. It was the Substitution jutsu! Asura had replaced himself with the dummy for the two dummies to hit.
But where was the REAL Asura? Up in the air in the light of the sun, Asura had began to descend! He had hidden in the sun and now swooped down, wielding his short katana Shinkou-- a silver and ruby red blade that glimmered in the sunlight. In mid air he swiped the blade at the back position proctor, while after that attempt, he struck the other with a kick!
Asura's personal Taijutsu style that he created, using both his body and the sword he wielded, he used them both in combination. It was a balanced fighting style. With a key position, he dealt melee attacks to both proctors at the same time since they were so close together after attacking the substitution dummy.

- The meeting of the fists seemed to leave a smirk on both of their faces until the dust cleared it was not until they noticed a dummy in there spot. With that moment they calmed down with that before the other instructor that came from the ground would glance at the field noticing the students backing off. While the main instructor closed his eyes waiting for something. It was that split second the slashing of a blade went across his back only to rip the clothing and show a stone like structure under his clothing. The next attack seem to be a kick aiming at the others leg. Yet that same structure would appear leaving them to smile moving closer to each other.
"Oh please...that is such a weak tactic hiding within the sky and using the sun as a blind spot." Said the one with a slash on his back but only shaking to have the rocks fall off from the body.
"Simple tricks will not work on us you'll have to move faster than that!" As the other would remove its foot from the ground with the rocks breaking off as well.
Those two would smirk only to have another appear behind the young boy once again with rocks around his arms coming down like a hammer. "GOT YOU NOW!" -

A THIRD?! Bad enough his attacks both his blade and his kick did little damage but it seemed they had both earth-style armor AND fists. These guys clearly valued their use of Doton tactics and tricks... but things got freaky with the third guy. Asura turned around in alarm and fright to see the third copy of this man behind him.
"Are you clones or just an annoying bunch of triplets?!" Asura joked angrily, the coy used to beat off some of his stress of the battle! THe man was about to bring down the hammer of rocks that were his arms and attempted to hit him. Now Asura really couldn't afford to let things go too far.
Another swore tore from him as he suddenly activated his next jutsu! FLOOM! Fires engulfed him and as the rock hammer came down, they crushed into the ground with a strong impact. But Asura was no longer there.
Body Flicker-- he used the jutsu to teleport out of range and move elsewhere on the battlefield in a puff of fire and smoke. Landing a good 30 meters away from the three duplicates or brothers-- whatever the hell they were, left in the smokescreen of his disappearance. Asura skidded along the ground, his hand to the ground as he came to a stop. He held his sword ready regardless, its crimson light still active.
He hated having to resort to his chakra so soon but he was having no luck predicting this person's moves. He didn't work up enough chakra to handle prolonged fights, but he knew he had to adapt.
Watching, Roku looked on with interest and hope. Keep focused Asura. He may lose his cool but he never loses his sharp wits. Think Asura, and try to outmaneuver them and strike back. he thought. He knew better to not speak aloud. He had to let his student do this on his own or he would never become a ninja.
Rising up, Asura got up and stood. That brief moment however did give him an opening he did act. At this moment, he charged forward with his sword.
While this happened, they didn't see one other thing-- a double of Asura from behind them! It ran right for the three of them. A clone apparently. Now how would the three proctors respond? In any case, Asura was just getting warmed up!

- Triplets no, it was something far worse that even that. As they had attacked but something was strange enough as well from the outside. The figure that the shurikens that were thrown had seem to doing a battle with this young man however it was not until one of them turned to notice something, "Hey...why is it that guy is there..." Pointing another person was hiding in the shadows carefully not moving or saying a word something was off in the battle as he whispered into his wrist. Soon the third figure missed the attack as the boy vanished only to smile saying to himself, "Body Flicker...really scared I wonder."
It was not until the person closed their eyes letting the other finish the battle but they gathered together only to move in a straight line only then one jumped into the air and the other attacked but the third one was gone completely unknown to everyone as the students even turned to look over confused as well. -
