Chapter 1: Toshi's Spring Solo/Training

The night was perfect cool, not too many insects flying around with the lightning bugs just shining like small fires and stars on the surface, shaking his head Toshi walked outside to see that his father was looking up into the air thinking it seemed. Toshi took a step forward towards his old man as he was confused for a bit. But his father turned to smile at his son telling him with pride.

“You became a strong young man, as a Genin its going to be a harder road. I believe its time I taught you how use the techniques within our clan however…you must first learn the style of battling if anything. The gentle fist style is something all Hyuuga’s learn at a young age but pick up in order to do battle in order to survive. Even when times seem tough push through my son…and continue to learn how to reach the goals you have set for you. Also…keep Kou safe please.”

Nodding to his father they both smiled exchanging hugs as Kou watched from the doorway with a small cup in her hand as they both began training to learn how to use the gentle fist style. As they started making small movements mimic each other his father began to explain little things about the style.

“Now the style uses great chakra control, as well its target’s are the chakra pathway system or the Tenketsu as I’m sure you have noticed when you use the Byakugan. Now to focus even more striking the network causes even more damage as you are not only hitting the points but hitting internal organs causing greater damage. But…you must inject some of your own chakra in order to do so understanding everything so far?”

Toshi nodded as he had not been wearing his headphones for a while. He continued to move along with his father as they took steps back a little staring back at one another nodding as they continued to practice through-out the night Kou went off to her room to head to bed not worrying about the men training. Finishing up his training they both smiled at each other leaving Toshi to nod to his father.

“Thank you, for everything dad…I need to take breather for a bit I hope that is okay?”

His father nodded leaning over, “Do not take too long ago its night out and a lot of things can happen understood?”

Toshi nodded leaving to have a walk around the village for a bit as he would then leave the village gate walking over to the training field to smile relaxing just a bit as he started to hear rustling in the trees knowing it was not the wind someone was watching him as he stood up to look over at the distance trying to see whom it was.
