Chapter 1: Toshi's Spring con5 Final. Solo/Training

The evening day suddenly came down to him deciding to finally train. As Toshi stared for a bit at the dojo thinking of the battle that happen he was trying to get his mind ready for the upcoming training that needed to be done. Sighing lightly he reached over picking up his father’s gift. Feeling the weight Toshi picked it up carefully staring at it before opening the box noticing the new weight set for him. Smiling at the weights his father got for him was also two scrolls with the emblem of the Hyuuga Clan placed on to it. Blinking to this Toshi began to read over what was given to him. Nodding to the scrolls he finally began to work on his training a bit as he stood up taking a few steps forward making sure he was in the right position once again but the weights would throw him off a bit as they weighted 30 lbs on his legs and wrists.

Sighing to this the training was a bit different than normal as he stopped and continued to work on everything he stopped for a bit and took small breaks but continued pushing until Kou came to see what her husband was doing. Several minutes had passed as Toshi took the step on the dirt ground and began spinning in a quick rotation having the chakra within his body escape out within a wide range as a dome appeared over head as he stopped spinning the crater was left to be seen after he took a small step forward, thrusting his palm forward releasing a powerful gust of air at the ground to display the abilities he learned.

“There we go…this should do for now at least. With the weights they slowed me down but at least helped me get a better understanding and feel for the techniques…”

Toshi turned to see Kou smiling at him as she walked over kissing him on the cheek.

“You did great…are you finally ready to prove your worth to the Hyuuga Clan?”

Toshi nodded as he knew the upcoming event that was kept a secret from him that would allow him to grow even stronger. His father knew of the event as well, as he entered it as a young boy himself. A tournament that only few can come to and only the top prize goes to the winner that defeats the targets in real combat but only thing is…Taijutsu and melee skills would be allowed for the battles.

“If the tournament happens Kou, I’m going to aim for the top for sure but I’ll have to be even more careful because I will not be able to use any other skill sets besides taijutsu and basic fighting skills.”

Kou nodded giving him a hug whispering into his ear,

“You have time…just relax for a bit sweety.”

With that Toshi nodded as both of them headed out of the training ground to go enjoy themselves at the festival that was going on within Konoha.
