Oh.. apparently she had been drinking hot lava because as soon as she was done she felt her whole body light up with increasing heat. What the hell was it, why was she on fire now this was not normal she had to get it to stop! She flung herself into the water but that didn't stop the feeling but it did make her realize that she wasn't actually on fire it was just an odd sensation on her skin. She got back out of the water much calmer than when she had gone in and sat down to actually listen to what the sage beetle was telling her.

The old beetle chuckled at her, it was quite silly the way she had reacted to feeling the nature chakra pushing back at her for the first time. "Well now, it's about time for you to be actually learning how you sense and absorb nature chakra. That feeling is what happens when you ain't used to feeling the chakra all around you and you'll get used to it. This is our training tool for teaching you how to sense Nature chakra to mold it into sage chakra. Now take up the position and you should start absorbing nature chakra, if it gets too much I'll smack you upside the head and get that chakra out of you."

Fuu wasn't sure what he actually meant by too much but it probably didn't matter so she went ahead and took up the completely still position. She wasn't sure what was supposed to happen but she let her mind clear and then she could feel the flow of chakra, but not from within the chakra all around her rushed into her skin and through her chakra system the feeling was indescribable but then it went away as soon as she got smacked on the head. the chakra was gone and she was blinking, she obviously was going to need to learn the balance right about now or she was gonna be bruised by the end of this.

Okay, she really was going to leave bruised, it has been Fuu doesn't even know how long since she actually went into the stupid cave of sages or whatever and she was sure that she had been smacked on the head like ten thousand times by now for not managing the chakra properly, she couldn't really identify what was going wrong with her chakra control. She had done things the same way she always hand and... well that might explain why she was having such a hard time actually. She went ahead and tried to think about how the chakra might act. It was wild, unlike regular chakra that was very disciplined, it needed to be calmed.

Fuu cleared her mind once again, but this time she focused on something, a calmness that only this mountain had a cool breeze in the desert. The feeling of water when everything was dry, all of nature that she had experienced up to that point focused into her mind and as she felt the chakra flow in, it was slower now less burning and more soothing. The flow of chakra was different from before, rather than blazing past her own it smoothed itself over her system making her feel stronger. She didn't open her eyes just yet. "did I do it, do I have sage chakra now?"

The old man beetle laughed and shook his head. "You've taken the first step, but you are far from a sage just yet young one. We have so many things to practice and then maybe you will be ready." Fuu pouted but she couldn't exactly see what she looked like right now. She had gained the compound eyes of the beetles and it was quite interesting to see her fragmented green. She looked at her hands and feet, nothing seemed different from her perspective but she was sure she was stronger somehow. " Now we must learn to control it outside of the high density environment come now fuu."
