Beast Country: Coming To Power

The day had come for Hayabusa to depart from Konoha. He turned, looking back at the village. All of his belongings would be summoned there, to whatever new home they create. Eventually, he’d be making enough money to buy himself a Mansion or Dojo for better storage. He began to walk through the dirt route in which put him traveling towards River Country. As he approached the outskirts, Hayabusa met the horse stable in which he would rent a horse. He began considering buying a horse companion, but he wouldn’t have such money for it. He rode the horse steady.

As he did so, Hayabusa felt the slight lowering of his horse’s back and the tightening of a female’s breast against his own. The slender arms of a woman with light pink painted finger nails gripped his body. The scent had been quite familiar.
“What are you doing here, Ayane…” he asked. Ayane looked up.
“What? I can’t come along? This kind of mission should be done together, just in case. What is a professional man without his escort?” she asked. He rolled his eyes.
“So, you’re simply here to protect me, then, is what you are implying…” he stated.

“No… I just think all missions should be done in at least pairs…” she said. Hayabusa shrugged. “What ever you say, lady Ayane.”
“LADY AYANE!?!?!” she exclaimed.
“Of course… chances are, you will be of high command in this village… a village leader’s assistant. Second in command in a sense…”
“Why me?” she asked.
“I don’t know… Genshin is getting old… he’ll be more of a village elder. Hayate didn’t like this idea to begin with. Kasumi lacks reality sometimes. All there is, is you.” He said.
“And Eliot? Or Yukimura?” she asked. She did have a pretty valid point.

“Eliot will do better served as a man behind the scenes. His skills of using his mind to create will take up most of his time.” He said. He looked in the sky, noting it was still very early in the morning, so they had enough time to get to where they were going by daylight the following day. “Yukimura… is a Senju. And, he may not even come. He is greater served as an enforcer… a commander. He has leader potential.” He said.
“Wow… and what am I, just the worst case scenario?” she said, slightly offended by him.

“No… you’re a realist. As much of a rebel as you are, you have no problem stating what you think or making critical decisions.”
“But, like Hayate… I opposed the idea…”
“To protect me…” he said. She paused. There was a small silence. “I’m not stupid, Ayane… you have a tell sometime.” He said. She had no more words, as they traveled along the river the whole way. After passing the River Country borders, they began passing through Wing Country along a beach. Luckily, the sun had already peaked and it was almost sundown, so it wasn’t overly hot here.

Almost at the point in which he wanted to be, Hayabusa had felt Ayane’s constant breathing on his back. They were well over half way there. But, the horse was exhausted, and so was she. He wanted to be at tiptop shape when he met his destination. He had the horse stop, who went to the river and immediately began to drink and went to sleep soon after. Hayabusa set up a small tent, while Ayane laid on the ground, waiting for him. She had fell asleep on the ground. He went to her and picked her limp body up.

He carried her into the tent and laid her down, where he laid next to her. They slept the night away, awakening at the crack of dawn. Hayabusa went to the river to wash up and prepare the horse, before going to the tent to wake Ayane up. She awoke, going to the river and doing the same as he put the tent away. He hopped on the horse, as she did behind him, and away they went, continuing on and passing the border of the Country. They passed the harsh parts, luckily, without a problem of the burning sun.

As he made it to the country that was up for sale, Hayabusa followed the trail where it turns from sand to greenery and caverns. Hayabusa was actually pleased with this transition, with half the country being sand and the other being green, and the ocean being on the other side. As they eventually made it to the core of the country, Hayabusa saw a huge mansion. He hopped off of the horse, going up to it and knocking on the door. A man came from the inside, opening the door. It was a butler.
“May I help you, sir?”

“Uh… yes…” Hayabusa took the money out of his pocket. “I want this country…” he said.
“Ah… splendid…” another voice said. She had been a well dressed blonde haired woman with slender legs and blue eyes. She had wealth. Ayane bowed to her. Hayabusa took her hand and kissed it.
“Lydeck Hayabusa…” he said.
“Lydeck…” she said. “Hailing from Sand? I thought you guys were poor and scattered…” she said.
“I managed to keep a handful of us alive. We got on our feet, and I’m now prepared to take them further.”
“Ah… very well, lover…” she said, turning away.

She turned back with the deed to the country.
“I just have one stipulation…” she said.
“Hmm?”
“I wish to live here, tax free.”
“Very well.” He said. “That won’t be a problem. This lot is protected.
“Agreed…” she gave him the deed, and he gave her the money. He smiled, slightly bowing. She smirked, walking away. The butler stepped forward.
“Ms. Helena will be registering under your country when you finalize village construction…” he said. Hayabusa nodded, as they turned and left the building. Hayabusa looked at Ayane.
“Now… it’s time for us to create a village master plan…”
