Punishable By Death

The Leaf Village had been use to storms. They came and they went. But this storm was different. Three days of wind and rain lashed and battered against the leaf village without ceasing. Clouds blackened the sky and covered all hope. The Academy had been forced to close down for several days due to the conditions of the weather. Most remained in their home. The Higher Ranking Jounin were put on missions while the higher ranking Chunin were put on high alert in case of an attack. Though threw it all, The Ramen store still managed to keep her doors opened to any customers who wanted food. Among those customers sat Senju Yukimura.

Yukimura, at full length, was 6 feet one inch with a ripped build. Though not pure muscle, his body was indeed very strong. He had long brown hair that stretched down to his shoulders, though today his hair had been pinned into a pony tail. His eyes were a mixture of orange and brown, best described as the season of autumn in his eyes. He wore a simple kimono. An umbrella rested at his side to shield him from the Rain.
"Hey, Yukimura, You goin' to pay for that?" A voice said. Two strands of hair fell from their rested position as he lifted his head from the wooden table. A girl about his age with pale skin and blonde hair stood in front of him. He reached into his pocket and put the money on the table then stood grabbing his umbrella.
"What time is it?" He asked the waitress. She stood puzzled by his remark.
"15 Minutes till Midnight." She replied. Yukimura opened the umbrella and walked out the store without saying goodbye.

He arrived at a suspicious wooden shack nearly broken down from the battering of age, the storm, insects, and rodents. He reached into his side and grabbed a wooden key and placed it into the door. Turning and pulling, he walked in the door after which he would toss the brass key aside. He walked over to a talk standing drawer. He took yet another key and placed it in the lock. Slowly he allowed air to fill his lungs and cool his body down. He pulled the door open and in front of him stood a full armor set. A smile lit over his face once he ran his hands through the metal of the breast plate.
Moments after, the armor rested on the body of Yukimura. He stood for a moment and looked at himself in the broken mirror. He grabbed a lighter and lit it then tossed it on the floor. Immediately then a wooden log caught on fire and then began to spread to the rest of the house. Yukimura walked out and then proceeded towards his next destination.

"Help!" Yukimura yelled as his body fell from a tree in front of the tower. In front of him two chunin who stood guard dropped their weapons and rushed to come see him. The first one fell his knees and slid to Yukimura's body.
"Kid you okay?" The Chunin. Yukimura was silent for a moment. "Kid!" The chunin screamed again. Yukimura lifted his head off the ground.
"I'm sorry." He said silently. Immediatly he punched the chunin in his throat cause him to run over. He then grabbed a Kunai from his pouch and threw it at the leg of the other. After knocking both of them unconscious he stood up right and stretch. He allowed air to come in and fill his lungs and revitalize his body. He mind was poised and calm. Clear of Distractions. This was a mission to him. He must complete it to the best of his abilities. No distractions. No deaths.

The tower was a magnificent piece of art work built by the Second Hokage to do and hide his research. Among the things in the tower were different levels for different things. It was rumored that the third or fourth floor held the Kage's Kinjutsu scroll. Yukimura knew it to be the second scroll. His family had built the damn tower. He ran his hands along the granite and stone wall. As he approached the first level, he recalled a mental note of the guards.
The first one held a giant cleaver staring at the stairs where Yukimura stood. The second one, probably hidden, was often using a Nodaichi. Both were skilled at their weapon proficiency. He remembered both from the Academy. It was amazing how fast two can grow up.
Yukimura made himself visible to the first one by stepping on the platflorm. Just as expected the second guard appeared behind him with a kunai to his throat.
"Did you kill them?" The guard directly in front of Yukimura asked. Yukimura shook his head.
"No, but neither will be on Guard duty for the remainder of the week."
"This is treason." The guard behind him said. "Give up now and you won't be killed." Yukimura smiled as a drop of water hit his face.
"Everything Will Be Okay. But..."
"But what," The Guard Directly in front of him asked.
"I'm sorry." Yukimura replied. He retrived the kunai from the Guard's hand and stabbed him in the leg. After which he pulled it out and threw it at the guard straight ahead. He dragged both guards and laid them against the side of the wall. He then bent over and smiled.
"It's okay. Trust me. I hit only nerves. You're both just Paralyzed for a while. But to be on the safe side." He said. He slammed his hands into the side of their necks knocking them unconscious. He stood upright and made his way to the second floor.

The second floor was a marvel and easily distinguishable from the first floor. The walls were littered with Gold and painted works. More than anything the floor seemed like an art show rather than a secret hiding ground for the Kage's Personal belongings. He closed his eyes as he made his way to a door. He stopped his hand from grabbing the hand remembering something from his mission objective. He stared at the door closely then turned around. He walked exactly 180 degrees from where he stood to the other side and place his hand on an invisible handle. He then twisted the knob and walked into nothing.

This room was different from any other room. More organized than anything. Held on a pedastool before him sat the scroll of the Kage's forbidden jutsu.
"Opening that will kill you." He said to himself as he gently moved his hand closer to the scrolls.
"Stop it. You came for a reason now complete the mission." Yukimura said as he grabbed the scroll and removed it from its glory.

Yukimura wrapped the scroll to his back and proceeded to head out. In front of him a man stood with a much common demeanor than anyone else in the building. Yukimura wasn't phased. He breathed in slowly allowing his mind to be refreshed with new oxygen. He moved his hands. Still getting feeling in them. The man was the same height as Yukimura though with a full anbu attack suit on.
"Release the scroll and you will live." The anbu said with ease. Yukimura didn't budge.
"Sigh I guess i Have to-" Instantly his words were stopped by A kunai pushing through his stomach. Yukimura has opened the first gate with ease that even the man didn't notice it.
"How did you-"
"How many more of you are their?"
"You won't make it outside." He replied. Yukimura paused then heard a crackling thunder. He turned to the anbu and withdrew his kunai. He could now hear the rain coming down harder than ever before. He smiled.
"We shall see."

Yukimura stood outside and looked up at the sky and smiled. The rain was pouring harder than ever. His tracts would be lost in the mud just as his scent would. He launched his body into the sky and the began making his way towards another location. All the while his mind drifted with anticipation to learn the secrets of the scroll. He stopped on a treebranch and placed his hand on the back. He smiled as he realized how anticipation had gripped him by the throat.
"You win." He said as he continued to rush towards his next objective. "Even if they kill me now i have to find something that will help me." He said to himself. Finally he landed on the ground at his destination spot and placed the scroll in front of him.

In front of him stood a wooden sanctuary he built with his bare hands over the past month. It had been carved from the very trees of the forest that surrounded him. He opened the door than dragged the scroll inside. His eyes closed once he put his hands on the scroll the same feeling of anticipation gripped him once again but now seemingly stronger than ever. He then opened the scroll and the first jutsu he saw was The Impure resurrection jutsu.
