Punishable By Death

In front of him stood a wooden sanctuary he built with his bare hands over the past month. It had been carved from the very trees of the forest that surrounded him. He opened the door than dragged the scroll inside. His eyes closed once he put his hands on the scroll the same feeling of anticipation gripped him once again but now seemingly stronger than ever. He then opened the scroll and the first jutsu he saw was The Impure resurrection jutsu.

Yukimura paused as he stood and stepped back from the scroll. This was the same jutsu that almost brought destruction to the world. Created by his realitve the second hokage. Yukimura was indeed shocked.
"This, Is what I will learn." Yukimura said to himself after a brief moment. He read the entire scroll of the edo Tensei Jutsu than closed his eyes. It was time he performed the jutsu himself. Just who to resurrect would be the key.

Earlier in the day, upon leaving the mountain, Hayabusa had prepared to leave the village for good, before the pounding in his head forced him to remain.
‘I WAS NOT FINISHED!’ yelled the deep dark voice inside of him.
“I think you were finished enough…” he said out loud. “I just saved your ass… OUR…” he said in correction. “…Ass… TWICE!”
‘HAYABUSA! One more task… one more task until we get back to the village.’
“…” he didn’t know what to say. He walked out the village anyway as his insides began to uproar in a rage of some disappointment.

Hayabusa turned off to the old house that he and his family had commuted from thanks to the Hokage. He walked in and it was still vacant. He placed all of his stuff down as well as took his white cloak off. He closed his eyes and meditated, as his hair began to turn black, and his eyes went to a Fully Awakened Sharingan. He smirked as he opened his eyes, now as Shadow. The Gesshoku Mask disassembled from the earpiece as a full blown custom designed mask with the left eye covered with one way glass with its perks.

The right eye had been exposed, as usual.
“Thank you, Hayabusa…” he said in a dark deep tone. He took one of the Yellow Flashes Kunai out and threw it to the ground. He turned and closed the door, and began to walk along the perimeter of the building. He climbed the top of the wall, scaling it with his chakra. Perched on the top, Shadow had caught glimpse of a fire in the distance. He smirked, knowing it had begun. As he let his mask’s range finder roam, Shadow attempted to find his target. Took a minute for it.

When he located Yukimura in the distance, Shadow began to travel the rooftops in pursuit of him. He watched him from the distance as he drew closer, but went as fast as he could in the process. He didn’t cover the distance until Yukimura had already been in the building. He awaited in the tree as he did a decent amount of work to get to his destination.
“Hayabusa… would be proud…” he said in a low tone. He awaited until the man came out. As he sat and opened the scroll, Shadow had a devilish look upon his face.

‘He did it…’ he said in his head. He looked off in the distance, and people began to come. He turned to look back down to see his alter ego’s best friend begin to read the scroll. Using his range finder, Shadow scanned the scroll as well. This would have been a perfect opportunity if the computer mainframe was active, and he could snap shot this for future use. He spotted the golden jutsu that was exactly what he was looking for. He didn’t think he would get both halves in one day. The Fourth Hokage’s Flying Thunder God Jutsu…

Luckily, he had his cloak that hides his chakra, or he’d be screwed, for surely Yukimura would sense him. As Yukimura obviously stopped to read one, Shadow zoned in on the Hiraishin technique with his range finder and read it. It was a lot shorter than that of the one Yukimura was reading, therefore, he read it in a flash. Shadow smirked, as he had already the knowledge to use this jutsu. He took out two of his Yellow Flash kunai and pierced one in the tree trunk, and looked down, waiting until Yukimura was finished reading his desired jutsu.

As the man closed his eyes after reading his jutsu, Shadow threw the second kunai down in front of Yukimura at the ground which would no doubt would get Yukimura’s attention. As he would wait for Yukimura to begin to turn his head, Shadow would immediately disappear and reappear at the kunai in a flash, as he first grabbed the kunai and then snatched the scroll out of Yukimura’s hand. As Yukimura would turn to look at the culprit, Shadow would disappear once again to the kunai that he had previously stuck in the tree above, and he would wait…

“Yukimura…” he said, waiting for Yukimura to turn and look at him. He waved the scroll in the air as he looked down on this man with his Sharingan. “Fear not… I am not your enemy. I am simply insurance… an ally of sorts…” Shadow put the scroll in his pocket. “There is another group of men on their way. If you should fail in escape, you’ll know your effort was not in vein. If you success, young Senju…” he said. He pulled the kunai out of the tree trunk as he looked down on the man one last time…

“This scroll will be with your best friend… I will say no names, just in case somebody has a high sense of hearing. You know where to find him…” he said. He showed no formality as, as quickly as he came, he had went, using the Hiraishin No Jutsu to go to his kunai in the cave. He grabbed that kunai and put his permanent stamp on the wall. Disappearing again, he went to the house, grabbed Hayabusa’s stuff, and was now on his way as Hayabusa back to his current home country.
“That wasn’t a total waste…” he stated…
