Asura Return to Basics (Solo Nexus training)

Asura had returned to Iwa sticking to the woods that led to the mountains of Iwakure. He was both happy and sad to be back. Sad as he disliked the rugged mountains compared to the land of fire where he had been. It was a great change indeed. But he was glad to be back home... after the mission he had accomplished.

A rookie ninja thrown through time and participated in the legendary 4th shinobi war, fighting an enemy who tried to change history and ended up fighting along side Naruto, and Sasuke. Though never recorded for obvious reasons, Asura was both proud to have helped, and relieved it was over as how much was at stake. He had died, and only was brought back to life thanks to the sage of six paths and Omni-- whoever the hell he was.

But now he was back and using the time to catch up on well earned rest and training as he went running all the way back home, building up his Dexterity and was looking forward to see his old friends, even Ravana his pain in the ass mentor.

Asura ran through the trees, moving as fast as he could, and soon heard something.

"Where have you been, pup?!"

Asura stopped and looked down. Sitting down with his Odachi rested across his lap and a bottle of saki resting beside him was none other than Ravana. The white haired elder drank a cup and waved to Asura.

Asura stopped but was a bit confused. He remembered that only HE would notice the change in time. So here he was, waiting for him. "Hey, Ravana... um, what were we doing a few days ago?"

"Well, you were surviving the tigers. Congradulations on the contract. But yeah, was waiting for you to get back. Don't think you can get out of training on me, boy!" he said in a boastful laugh. He then sat up, and looked at Asura from a distance. "Strange... you seem different. You been training alot, or just all my tutorage has finally paid off?" he asked.

Asura landed beside him and just shrugged. It was true. After all he had done, he now walked away far stronger than ever. But now he was back together with Ravana and heading home to see Master Roku.

Things were back to normal... or so it appeared for Asura.
