Chiasa wasn't exactly happy that she would have to start her training to be a ninja again. She had only made it to the not so impressive rank of Genin before she decided to focus more on her parents goals. She didn't like it, but she was dependable. If this is what her parents required of her, then she would not only do it, but excel at it. So starting today she would begin her physical training and mental training. Today's session would target her entire body and parts of her mind as well. Unfortunately, she would have to do this alone. "For now, I can do these things on my own, but at some point I will need a training partner. This will get harder to do at more intense sessions." Chiasa thought to herself. "I think a few pushups will help build my strength up...." She placed her palms on the ground and positioned herself in the push up form. She stared at the ground, mentally prepping herself for the exercise. The plan was to push out as many as she could in two minutes. "Okay....Lets see where I stand." Chiasa closed her eyes and took a deep breath before quickly pumping out as many push ups as she could.
A couple of minutes later Chiasa rose back to her feet, exhausted and gasping for air. "Only 125?" she said to herself in between breaths. Although, it may not have broken her previous record of 200 she still felt it was more than what she deserved. "Its not my best at all, but its good enough. Hell, I'm surprised I made it past 100." Now that Chiasa was done with her strength and endurance training she could begin with her speed exercises. Speed was an important stat to Chiasa, probably not as important as having a sharp mind, but still critical in her eyes. She had a developed a type of fighting that would leave her opponents confused and unable to hit her while she could come in and deal damage. This type of fighting was high risk-high rewards and required her to have the speed to support it. "I think a few laps around the village would be enough for today..." she said to herself.
Some short time later, relatively speaking, she was done with her three laps. Chiasa managed to keep a good pace throughout he entire run, although needless to say, she was completely drained. "I think I'll conclude today's training with a bit of reading." she thought to herself as she headed back towards her home. [440 words // 440 words total]
