| The crackle of the fire didn't drown out the snore of Ravana, Asura's adult companion. The man was asleep at the base of at tree over the fire. All the while as he slept, Asura, the rogue ninja was deep into his own stupor. Studying.
With several scrolls rolled out before him, he sat cross legged and looked upon all the material he had before him. The study of Yang-release was difficult, and the best examples he had was medical ninjutsu. As a Jiin clan member, he never had a problem with healing himself, His clan's sacred flames healed all injuries one could sustain. Still, it interested him.
The more he read about it, the more he began to understand how Yang gave life to form-- or perhaps to be more exact, chakra into a physical form. Any jutsu that had a physical manifestation, like any form of nature release could be counted as yang for the power of giving chakra shape. The most extreme he knew of was in fact Medical Ninjutsu, but that couldn't be the only case.
"The power to give life to others, huh? Is it possible, if used right, it can do more than simply manifest chakra, but invigorate it? If it indeed governs physical forces, it has to be somewhat relatable..."
It was then he thought back to the fight with the cardinals, and how Hayabusa used a jutsu dirived from the power of the Sharigan-- the Susanoo. Thinking back, he remembered how it blocked all enemy attacks and acted like a large suit of armor that protected them, even though it had movement and seemingly a will of its own to protect the caster.
"Could that have been an example of it... And if so, could it be replicated by this power." Asura thought to himself aloud as he rubbed his chin. HIs eyes were glued to the passage of the scroll that define the description of light-style. "Still, its not like use of Yang release is well known. Even though jutsu have elements of it, it doesn't mean one has used it successfully... Only one who ever did, was the sage of six paths himself...so..."
"Mrrrrhk..." Ravana growled in his sleep. Asura turned to his 'master' as he turned towards the fire, a dumb grin on his face. "C'mere baby. Let me show you a good time. Mehehe... what a nice set you have there..." His hand flexed as if he was trying to feel something.
Asura frowned and glared at Ravana. The man was incorrigible when it came to his desire for women. Even worse, Asura, while curious, was always a victim when the man tried to force his bad habits on to him.
At least for the young rogue ninja, his passion to study and learn new jutsu was something that kept his head clear.
