Grave had performed Limbo to return back to the location of the tailed beast after having to rest a bit. Stretching his arms he then began to pop his neck and smiled.

Grave: "Okay...Kyuubi round two this time, it will be a lot different as I'm going to go all out on you!"

The smile would vanish once again becoming a serious face as he rushed in with his Tokugan become active once more.

(Since its just a battle I rather start it off quickly this time.)

[That is completely alright with me, As the battle is starting begin.]

The Kyuubi would open its eyes once more with the golden hue coming from them only to speak softly at the human. "Wha...you've returned have you. I see you are starting off fast with that cursed blood of yours. No matter I'll deal with you here and now and finish this battle without delay." Roaring as the echoed through-out the land the beast rushed out with its tails coming at the human. "Now Die!" All nine tails would fire at great speeds aiming dead at the human.

However taking second damage only to have Rewrite trigger during the start of the turn. Its a seal that was placed on the back of my neck. I didn't forget it about and I do have evidence that its on my neck.

The technique is allowed to be performed as it falls under the rules of combat.

What does not count towards 8 jutsu limit.
- Fuinjutsu [That has already been applied and is either a trigger/passive.]

Grave foresaw the first attack of the tails coming at him, as he dodged it leaving his kunai to take the hit, smiling only to be overshadowed by another attack from the tails. With his eyes widening he could only be frozen unable to move only to have the tails slam him into the ground leaving him for dead. As blood was covering his body a light would shimmer on his neck as he would returned healed from the brink of death.

Grave: “Ah..damn that was close…it’s a good think I have that seal placed on me. Okay it seems we need to push a bit harder now wake up time Neko!”

Hearing the roar within his mind the blue flames would appear around him only to die down becoming a cloak once again of two tails looking like priest clothing. As he took a look up Grave knew he burned up a lot of chakra because of rewrite.

The Kyuubi was shocked, once again confused as to how the person was able to survive the attack with its tails and now with the fact the person had become even stronger with that strange set of clothing. Leaning over before getting ready for a quick rush of things, ”Who ever you are, you will not leave here alive!” It launched itself with great speeds bring forth its tails.
