.:: A New Challenge ::. [Yukimura, Hayabusa ]

Hayabusa hid behind a tree, waiting for Yukimura. He had been prepared to infiltrate if needed, but, luckily, it did not come to that. The whole way, Hayabusa kept a lock on his chakra. After he had been given the signal, Hayabusa had put his finger up to request he was given a moment before anymore action had been taken. As Hayabusa got into play trying to make visual contact with the inside, Hayabusa made the call for an attack to be made. He watched as two men dropped to the ground, and saw Yukimura jump out of the building.
“AN INTRUDER!” He heard the crowd of people yell. “FROM OUT OF THE CONTROL!”
“He must’ve taken out the control room… SEND A BIRD TO THE PERIMETER!” one man yelled. Hayabusa smirked. His early preparation for this worked out perfectly. Hayabusa waited, as majority of them, except two, who watched the door of the house, began to flock towards his partner. Hayabusa kept stealth, as he slowly proceeded. He took out two kunai and threw one each into the throat of the two men that were stationed. As he moved in closer, Hayabusa took his kunai out and knocked on the door.
“We’re not coming out!”
“Genshin… Hayabusa… we’re getting you out of here…” he said. He unstrapped one of the baskets from his back and dropped it by the door.
“Hayabusa?” he asked.
“Yes.. here’s a present for you I think you’ll love. He said, as he backed away and went back into hiding. People began to make a move on his partner, and to Yukimura, it may have looked as though Hayabusa abandoned him. Hayabusa watched as the door slowly opened. The tall, muscular, white haired man with one patch peered around the corner. He caught glimpse of Hayabusa. He looked down to the basket and put his hand on it. He then looked back up to Hayabusa in excitement. He came out completely, telling his teammates to stay until otherwise stated. Hayabusa smired, as he saw his old sensei perform a seal and his hands lit with chakra at the finger tips. Hayabusa’s eyes then did something he had never felt it do before. They implanted in him the intelligence and knowledge of what Genshin just did. It… copied. Hayabusa had only heard of such a thing. This was the first time he felt it. He smirked as he backed into the shadows.
Yukimura began to get overflocked, and time was running short for him. Genshin began taking out shinobi with the puppet’s flame throwers. Hayabusa put chakra into his hands, to his finger, then poured it into his box. Hayabusa smirked as the basket expanded and engulfed his whole body. Soon, it had been a base that was twice the size of a human body. From within, Hayabusa had saw the limbs and dragon head come to the outside. He had been in a puppet that was oversized, controlling it from the inside. It jumped in the air and dropped heavily between Yukimura and the remaining enemies. It’s head moving side to side, it blew out a flame that was devastating. It then extracted its tail, showing its sharp scorpion like features. It pierced through bodies, one by one. They continued the onslaught until it was all done.

Yukimura was pretty grateful at the fact that his “teammate” finally took a notice him. The puppet however was something new that he hadn’t seen Hayabusa use before. Still, Yukimura was grateful. He jumped in the air and spun around. Then brought his right leg to the enemy.
“Leaf Hurricane on yo’ Bitch ass!” Yukimura yelled excited and thrilled at the battle. He then looked at Hayabusa who seemed to be doing pretty well. There weren’t that man enemies so Yukimura could leave him.
“Hayabusa I’m out!” He yelled. Before he leaped off he dropped his leg weights feeling free. He stretched for a bit and smiled. He felt free. Instantly he exploded his new found speed and launched onto the roof. He landed in front of the two guards of scar face’s room. The first guard launched at him with a giant Zanbantou. With his Weights off Yukimura was a bit more agile. Free to move around more. He launched his body into the air and held hand at the enemy.
“Come on that wasn’t even meant for me.” He joked with his cocky presence. He ran at the guard and punched him in the stomach. He didn’t realize he was stronger than before because his punch sent the enemy flying into the door. The second guard was about to hit him but Yukimura dropped down to the ground.
“Leaf style, violent wind!” he yelled sweeping his opponent off of his feet. Yukimura stood and walked inside the commander’s room.
“Scarface are you-“ Instantly Yukimura felt a full force on his sending his body fly through the glass. He landed where he dropped his weights on the battlefield. He slowly stood up and watch as a man jumped from the commander’s office down onto the battle field.
“You What the hell scarface that shit hurt.” Yukimura yelled. He managed to put his weights back on and he immediately felt the affects again. But he knew he wouldn’t need to do much. Hayabusa had it under control.

Hayabusa nodded in confirmation, as his partner took the initiative and did exactly what Hayabusa was going to tell him to do. Hayabusa finished up here, as did Genshin. When there had been nothing but dead bodies, Hayabusa deactivated the oversized puppet, as it disassembled from around his body and compacted into a basket once again. Hayabusa smirked as he walked to Genshin. Genshin had been astonished, as he looked at Hayabusa’s puppets.
“How… did you get these?” he asked. Hayabusa smiled.
“Well see, there was this temporary shop. It makes a living and has a license to sell outside of the city. They have a few materials left. So, Kasumi found out and we went together to get some.”
“But… these are all branded and high in detail.. how did you afford these?” he asked, still looking at the puppet.
“He was being attacked…we rescued him. He owed us.” He said. Genshin gave back the puppet.
“Best question of all… how did you learn to…” he began, until he looked into the eyes of Hayabusa. Hayabusa smirked.
“So… you have a copy gene, huh… well that makes my job a bit easier. But there is a lot of work to be done with these puppets…” he said. Hayabusa nodded in agreement. “So… I see you guys got our message…” he said. Hayabusa nodded and handed them a bag with a few bars and some water.
“Yes… here’s enough to give all the energy to get back home…” Hayabusa said. Genshin took it and bowed. He turned and went into the house, getting the rest of the team. Hayabusa turned, looking at the damage he and his partner had done. “Hmm… we might work fine as a unit…” he said, thinking that he and a Genin just handled all of these men. Hayabusa turned back around, and his eyes caught sight of chakra. He was alive… it was the boss…
“Shit…” Hayabusa took this puppet and threw it into the air. It came down in front of the commander and wrapped its limbs around. It came back to Hayabusa with the man in it.
“Let me go!” he yelled. Hayabusa took the hilt of his blade and hit the man in the forehead; not enough to do brain damage, but to shut him up for a little while. He turned and watched as they all came out. The person of interest had come out. She had been a purple haired woman.
“Ayane?”
“Hayabusa?”
“Not now, you two…” Genshin now. “Settle differences later…” he said. The two shut up as Hayabusa turned, waiting for Yukimura, so they can embark on the walk back home…

Yukimura released a sigh and began walking away with his teammate. He was slightly disoriented and injured but he figured he would be okay. Once he looked at everyone around him who was ready ago he lead the team back to the village. Halfway their Yukimura fell behind the group to the rear so that he could watch the area in case anyone where to come and attack them.

As the team began to move towards the village, slowly, Hayabusa remained quite the whole way. This woman had been someone he long ago adorned. They had secret crushes on each other, but they began to feud because of something that had been her fault. It was because of Ayane that when the community had tried to stay near Kiri that they got kicked off. A friend of hers, Christie, was a theif and assassin. At the time, they were good friends, therefore, Ayane had not testified against her when she had been caught. The village automatically blamed the outsiders and banished them from the lands. Hayabusa was ot fond of Kiri because of this lack of proof. People died during that time. They had been content with living in the outskirts of Kiri for years, and then this happened.
As they made it to the village, Hayabusa took the full lot of them to the hospital. Hayabusa waited out in the lobby as his brother, Hayate, who worked in the hospital, came out and looked at both Hayabusa and Yukimura.
“They were pinned down without replenishing factors. They almost starved.
“I’m more concerned with…”
“Ayane… yes I know… figure out what’s going on, yea?” he said. Hayabusa turned and began to walk.
“Hayabusa…” he said, as Hayabusa almost made it out the door. He turned. “Congrats… mother would be proud.” Hayabusa smiled, and walked out. He followed the path to the dispersement center to log the success of their mission. He looked at Yukimura.
“You didn’t do too bad out there.” Hayabusa looked forward and continued on to the desk. “We should do more of these… especially if it pays well…” he said. When they got to the mission payment, Hayabusa recorded the success and he had been given a huge pay out. He held in his hand fifty one thousand ryo. This was the most he had ever held. Hayabusa took the payment, splitting it in half. He gave it back to the man to make the delivery to the village funds. He smirked, turned around and looked at Yukimura.
“You know… I say it is very worth it…” he said. Hayabusa put his half of the remaining half in his pocket. “You know what’s even more worth it? Being team leader. Legally, I don’ t have to pay you anything…” he said with a grin that made it obvious he was joking. He gave this man a big stack of money. “Twelve thousand, seven hundred fifty.” Hayabusa said. “Spend it wisely… partner…” he said, slightly bowing as he turned to leave and check on his injured family…

One they arrived Yukimura grabbed his cash and bowed respectfully leaving Hayabusa and his family behind. Yukimura had a schedule to maintain. The first thing he did was check in to the hospital and heal all his wounds from the battle field. They weren’t serious but they were important enough to grant him a trip to the hospital. After that he returned home to Wan and Han who were sitting at the door waiting for him.
“Yukimura, Where have You been?” Han asked. Her face was more worried than usual which surprised him. Yukimura smiled and replied.
“I was on an assignment with this boy from the village name Hayabusa.” He quickly gave Han and Wan a Hug and ran inside the house. Moments later he came back outside.
“I’ll catch you later guys, I’m going to the Kanzaku Town to buy some things” He said as he leaped off. He arrived in the town and was immediately intrigued by everything he saw. Eventually he had come to terms that he wouldn’t buy anything. As he was leaving the market a person of interest caught his attention. She was a girl about his age with long red hair and big teal eyes. Yukimura was quite impressed with what he saw and he went up to approach her.
“Yukimura Sanada.” He said holding his hand out. She turned around and gave him her attention. She was quite intrigued with the way he just came up to her and introduced himself.
“Himoto Aimi I’m please to meet you.” She said now smiling from ear to ear. She had a soft voice with a nice personality. The two walked and Yukimura began to introduce himself. Eventually Yukimura got tired and returned to his own home. Thought the entire night he couldn’t help but think about her and the way they clicked so fast. Yukimura decided that he would go to Kanzaku town tomorrow to see if he could see her again.
Yukimura woke up the next day and immediately got dressed. He then arrived at Kanzaku town. To his surprise he didn’t see her immediately. He walked into a weapon store and began eyeing the blades. His interest was on a blade in the back known as a Nodaichi. He had seen one of these before in his past but where he didn’t know. He grabbed the blade and begin swinging it till he made a sweep and pointed the blade behind. When he turned there Aimi stood with a smile on her face. She had a store garment on and it looked like she worked there.
“Oh Hi there” Yukimura said sheathing the blade.
“If I didn’t know better I would say you were following me.” Aimi said. Yukimura said, and so began the conversation that would change them forever.
