Reasons for not viewing this is because of not getting a nofitication on this location. Sorry for that, as for the costs of techniques I shall review them and come up with something for you to add and that we both can agree upon. As for Hijutsu for characters it will be known that one should have it to where it reads found below.

- Focuses Magma chakra nature into the ground around the battlefield, causing the earth to lightly glow red with heat and burning people's feet except the caster's, via the same means the ninja can walk on water.

- Reaches into the ground and gathers a few loose stones. Using one's chakra, one can freely shape them into a new form, becoming make-shift shuriken. Excellent when you run out of them.

- Via one's breath and chakra control, creates a swirling tornado of fire around the caster. This jutsu acts as an effective attack, as well as using the swirling fire and heat to also protect the caster.

- A trick of the eye and body as the attacker attempts to strike with a blow from his elbow at the target's face. However, it is a fake out to swing his same arm in a fist, and slams right into the enemy's jaw/head, disorienting him and causing damage.

1. + - Rasengan: Melee Variation >
> An advanced form of the Rasengan, developed by Asura Jiin. While forming the Rasengan, extra force is pushed behind it via impact. This also allows the Rasengan to be 'shot' by range in short bursts of strength, compelling both the jutsu's strength and speed. Correct chakra control and precision is needed to strike the Rasengan in mid air or via close range to incorperate one's physical force into the jutsu. With it, the force of the Rasengan is increased along with its speed.

2.+ - Rasengan: Pin-Point Impact - >
> An advance form of the Rasengan, developed by Asura Jiin. In this instance, The Rasengan is focused and with further time-- compressed the form even further into a smaller size like that of one's palm. Due to this further compression into a smaller size, the potential damage of this jutsu is fundamentally increased but harder to maintain for long periods of time. It is the reverse of the Giant Rasengan version--instead of simple increase damage, has more penetrative power.

> A Rasengan enhanced by the power of Fire Release chakra. The combine rotation and compression draws in air with fire chakra at its center-- feeding the destructive force of fire with the resulting air and causing the chakra sphere to become a brilliant shade of fire-red.  Upon impact, the blazing sphere of fire deals powerful destructive damage, both via its impact and the releasing a pillar of fire that consumes the target.

This is a style from the far west that utilizes the power of emotions and transforms them into a source of power. These emotions are nurtured and refined via one's chakra and becomes a new power. The Mantra of Melancholy is associated to one's sense of compassion and grief. Seeing the suffrage of one's own life and that of others, one takes these emotions and use it to give his life purpose. The sense of 'the weight of the world on one's shoulders' is strong, but the drive to prevent further grief grants one strength. A glow of a blue aura surrounds you as you now have a determination driven by the weight of one's resolve.
