The blast from the Rasengan impact was indeed strong, and even Beerus felt its power with Asura's combined strength. The use of the Inner Gates and a physically powered Rasengan was a force to be reconed with. However, as the smoke cleared...

... Beerus emerged without any real physical scratch upon him. He took the blow, but there was no sign of physical destruction upon him. Not even a bruise on his body.

"Well, that was a blast but..." He ducked out of the line of Asura's second attack. The claws passed by him. "You will have to do better than that. " The cat gave a playful jump -- and hopped off Asura's shoulders, evading the physical blow.

This time, the cat sneered with an idea. As Asura would turn around to try and attack again-- something would stop him.

Asura spun around-- but soon felt something grab his limbs. The party guests from before, mainly the women, emerged and grabbed hold of his neck and limbs. "H-hey! Get the hell of me!" he shouted.

"Aww, come play with us!" the women with her breasts against Asura's head cooed.

"Mmm you taste good. Don't leave us." another woman said.

Lust was the last thing on Asura's mind, as he tried to pull free-- but the multiple party guests were on Beerus' side-- even if they were illusions.

Tied down, Asura couldn't move. Beerus smirked, now easy prey for him. Beerus moved in-- this time with a brutal kick right for Asura's groin. Even powered up, such a blow would hurt.

"Don't you know its rude to not be attentive to the ladies, boy," he purred.

With that, he drove his claw forward to his chest-- once more to try and siphon away Asura's soul!

Asura was stuck as Beerus reached out and grabbed his soul. Even though the damage was light due to the situation around him, Asura struggled and fought-- but he was stuck. Now He was completely vulnerable to Beerus and his desires to take him down. Even worse, his inner gates time limit was soon to come. The more he was trapped, the more he wouldn't be able to get free-- and Beerus would steal his soul.

"Come on-- think! This is a Genjutsu. It isn't real. None of it is real-- so there has to be a way out of it. Something!" "Asura grumbled in his mind, trying to find an opition. His Tengan was keeping him sharp, but it wasn't helping him escape. The women, the ones holding him back-- this whole enviorment was one big Genjutsu but he couldn't dispell the effect it had on his mind. It was mimicing the laws of reality, except for Beerus himself as he drew closer.

"This is my world, kid. Now, just relax while I enjoy the sweet taste of your soul." he purred.

"I Have no choice... The price once it is used up is high... but screw it," Asura gritted his teeth. "If I stay in this state, I'll be dead for sure. I got no choice."

"HAAAAAAAA....!" Asura shouted, building up more power. The golden energy and electrical power he had began to ramp up higher. Even so as he powered up, the grip on him still remained. He reached higher in his body, feeling the desire to be free from the limitations around him grow. He focused to the point of his forehead-- the third eye-- to focus his determination to see the truth of his surroundings. "No... This world is not yours. I will not be held capative bo your damn illusions!"

Beerus flinched as he saw it appear. Streaks of gold began to give way to a wavey blue aura-- that shimmered along Asura's body. "Wh-- what the hell?!" he stammered.

"The 6th gate... Ajai--- OPEN!!!" he roared. His entire body went from gold to a sudden shade of blue-- like a mystical energy that wafted in the air around him. With it, a strange eye-symbol appeared dead center of Asura's forehead. His scream echoedc through the chamber-- but more importantly, the space around him rippled like water.

Beerus looked around as everything-- his royal chambers, his sevants, all seemed to ripple.

CRACK!! The images then all shattered like glass around Asura. His body flexed out of the flimsy shards that were the phantasm's grip and he caused the very Genjutsu around him to crumble with nothing but his own willpower. Even Beerus vanished under the shade of its power.

The cave went dark for a moment, but soon Asura got a better grasp-- at last-- of his true surroundings. The lavish decore and servants were gone and now he was in a place more suiting the underground hell of the Naraka Caves. The stench of sulfer wafted through the air from volcanic vents and fire burned lightly upon the edges of the vents. Skulls of past victims were littered in corners of the room-- but most definingly among the dank chamber, was the stone pedistal in the back. Odd rusty chains, lined with sealing tags laid upon a single object, hung suspended between two stone stalagmites. In it, was a single sword. A scimitar like one-- but less decorative as the one from the genjutsu. It was a shade of deep crimson-- like blood, with a sharper blade shape.

However, in his state, he was more aware of the enemy. "No more mind games, you bastard. Show yourself!" Asura demanded, his ripped, glowing form lighting up his surroundings.

From the dark, however, his enemy stirred and smirked.

The shadows stirred despite Asura's glowing aura. From behind him, a claw slowly reached for him. It glowed with energy, trying to grab hold of Asura like before.

From the darkness, the eyes of the deadly creature could be seen.


The monster, known as Beerus, emerged to reveal to be quite different from his earlier form within the Genjutsu. Instead of a giant purple cat, it looked more like a real tiger. The creature was dressed in adornment of old leather, tribal charms of bone and animal parts-- likely human remains. His more tiger stripes were visible, his claws long nails that looked as dangerous as vicious talons. His mouth had a curve to his teeth, making them stand out more-- and horns protruding from a helmet like stature of his head.

Silently, he reached for Asura, attempting to deal damage to him-- and his soul.

2. Curse Jutsu: Soul Rupture-- Soul Grapple.
No longer focused on merely to steal the soul, this jutsu does physical damage as well. The claw rips open the opponent but also siphons away the soul, feeding the demon who uses this technique with the victim's blood and soul.

Soul Tiger CLaw Weapon Damage now: 680

The soft breath of the approaching creature tickled Asura's neck-- and caused his Tengan eyes to look behind him.

But it was too late-- Asura felt the piercing of claws against his back. The pain was harp as he pulled away-- but not before he felt that familiar sensation from before inside the Genjutsu.

Asura pulled back quickly, but what was done was done-- the demon had taken a portion of Asura's soul. Even as he looked through the shadow, he saw the strange bluish aura of the soul get dragged into the creature's body.

As this happened, the glow from Asura's claw weapon suddenly became dimmer. Asura glanced at it, noticing that its power waned. "So this is what happens... Its just like Vidav said. The weapon is powered by my soul-- and the more he rips into it, the weaker it becomes. If it goes out completely... I'm dead." Asura thought furiously and turned his gaze back to the creature.

"Beerus I presume," Asura snarled at him in the shadows. Now he got a good look of the tiger-shaped demon in the darkness of the cave. "Heh, so this is your true form. Can't decide which of your forms I dislike less."

The tiger chuckled with a growl, his teeth showing. "Yesss.." the tiger seemed to hiss, as if he was part reptile as well. "I prefer that form for a more leisurely atmosphere, indeed. But since you spoiled my hospitality, I figure I skip the appetisers and go right for the main course."

The last of Asura's soul's energy entered Beerus and the cat purred . "Mmmm... your soul tastes wonderful. I'm gonna enjoy gnawing on your flesh, and drinking in your soul. It's been so long since I had such a sustaining meal."

Asura glared at him, his blue hair now waving by his own energy and his muscles pulsing with the power of his inner gates-- but it was only a temporary moment. The moment that they would end, Asura would suffer an expected backlash upon him. "Each time he strikes me, he is siphoning off my soul energy. Too much damage will make the Soul Tiger Claws useless. And the inner gates will expore soon. I got to finish this-- now!" he thought and raised his claws.

"Hate to disappoint you, but I'm not on the menu." Asura growled .

It was in that instance, he vanished in a flash of speed.

Beerus blinked with surprise to find Asura gone-- but it was short lived as he was now behind the demonic tiger.

"War God's Fist-- One thousand blows!!" Asura roared-- his shout drowned out by the sudden burst of punches thrown by Asura. The sheer speed and power of the blows were so fast, it looked like multiple arms were assaulting Beerus.

However-- Asura was not about to allow it to end with just that. With that first barrage of blows to destract him, Asura also made a move as well. Using the barrage, he wove hand signs in between, forming another trick attack.

After which, he charged-- moving past the after images of the fist and jumped ahead to strike his enemy. He was now up close, looking right up at Beerus after he took the punches.

Beerus was dazed by the barrage of punches, and only glanced down as he saw Asura below him. The ninja was in position and ready to strike.

"HAAA!" He jumped up and kneed Beerus right into his gut. The demon gave off a soft weeze by the blow, surprised by the quick and powerful impact.

Before the demon could even react, Asura didn't waste time and grabbed the creature by his arms. With all his might he tugged the monster -- and pulled him around. Like a carousel, Asura went round and round, swinging Beerus with his strength. After the motions became like a wild spin.

He then finally let Beerus go-- causing the demonic cat to fly forward i nto a nearby cave wall. The impact caused a loud crack as the cat fell backwards, smack right into the wall.

Reaction 1: Ghost Body.
Being a high-density ghost, a being manifested by chakra channeled through Spirium of the cave, his body has no mass. Even if attacks hit, HP will not go down. The enemy will indeed hit the target, but physicla damage doesn't hit unless otherwise determined. However, the blow still requires the use of both chakra and soul energy to manifest.
Cost: 500 chakra/ 200 soul gauge
Effect: Immune to all Taijutsu and Melee damage and effects.
Requirements and Restrictions: This justsu will not apply if enemy possesses a Spirium weapon to connect the damage. Resulting damage injures Soul Gauge instead of HP.

Beerus was knocked back-- but uninjured. However, he spent chakra and energy of his body to evade the damage. Asura's blow was powerful, even Beerus felt it-- but it did no true pain to him. The tiger sneered. "Hehehe... Kid, when are you going to learn. You can't exactly kill what is already dead!" he boasted. "GGGRRRRRAAAAAHHHH!!!"

Beerus let loose a powerful roar that echoed through the cave. Asura felt the painful roar so loud he quickly covered his ears from it. Even the air seemed to warp-- but most importantly, was the fact he felt chakra pass him.

Beerus smirked, seeing his jutsu move. "Feeling whoosy? Don't worry. You won't suffer for much longer." the cat sneered. He raised one of his claws, blood still dripping from his last attack. The cat licked Asura's blood on it and purred at the taste. "Once i cripple you, I will make a great meal of you. I'll take my time, drag out your pain through your very soul. Now wouldn't that be nice?" He boasted as he saw his Genjutsu shout start to cripple Asura.

Once again, Beerus charged-- his claws now aglow again to strike Asura down. The cat lunged in the interest to dig into Asura's flesh, and rip out more of his soul!
