(OOC: Is it the Pool of the Blood Clone cause its based upon Base Nexus Attribute that means without the bonus added on. All Clone Techniques have this, Shadow Clone does 25% Base Attributes and etc. So 75% of your base would mean your Clone's Attributes are. If reads 75% of Nexus Attributes then yes, the numbers above would be correct.
