Shrine [Q,S]

Reo continued to climb upwards – thinking about what it all meant. This mountain seemed to symbolize Doton and Iwa perfectly. Powerful. Unmoving. Steady. All things Doton and Iwa stood for. Still, there was one thing that it stood for more than anything.
 
Defense.
 
As Reo climbed, he noticed creatures nesting on the mountain – seemingly perfectly safe from all conditions. The creatures probably stayed in the mountain so that they were safe from predators. They would also be safe from many weather conditions. Chances are, one side of this mountain would receive great amount of weather beating against it. The other side would likely be protected from that weather.

Reo reachd upwards, only to find that his hand grasped nothing but empty air. Frowning, the monk glanced upwards only to find that he was at the top of the mountain. He groaned as he pulled himself up onto the plateau at the top and breathed a sigh of relief. Sweat glistened along his body and he felt like he would never be able to move his arms again.
 
So, he sat there for a minute and took the surroundings in. Reo could see the small stone structure which acted as the shrine. While it was smaller than the shrine in Suna or Kiri, it was no less magnificent. The entire world seemed to stretch before the monk.

He could see the village of Iwa down below. When Reo glanced off to the sides, he could see a large forest – Konoha perhaps. There was a sandy area, and the ocean on opposite sides. Reo laughed out loud as he pushed himself to his feet.
 
Whether he would gain anything physical from this trip or not, he was impressed with the view and he had learned a large amount about everything in a cognitive sense. Reo felt a better understanding of Doton, Earth, Iwa and what made their ninjas so powerful as he walked into the small shrine and knelt before the altar within.
