Shadow looked at the disappearing Asura once more.
“Hmmmm?” Shadow’s curiosity of the Tengan peaked. He had information on it; he knew all about it, but he never had the chance to witness it. He didn’t know if it had been the shock of realizing his was a Jinnchuriki or what, but the attack bypassed him, just barely, but found itself creating an explosion down where Shadow’s clones were. One blew up instantaneously, and the explosion set off a reaction that destroyed two more. Shadow looked back down at them, as he began to fall to the ground.
As he turned, having Asura now coming at him with a strong attack, Shadow halted himself in the air, right before hitting the ground, floating using the power of Houkou just inches above where he would’ve been; thus avoiding an almost perfectly timed attack by Asura. He then landed on the ground on his own two feet.
“Asura… I have grown to a newly amount of respect for you. You remind me a lot of my brother, Hayabusa… excelling at such a young age and continuing to surprise…” Shadow crouched over a little bit, as his second tail began to sprout out of his purple aura. “But, alas… if that was your finale, we both know it’s only a matter of time before you run out of your chakra.” He crouched more before running into a sprint, hands out feral like with long nails. “I have all the information I need to compare myself to my cousin now… I would gladly and honorably accept your forfeit. But, just in case…” Shadow jumped in the air, rotating vertically and out stretching his leg, attempting to kick him in the chest. He then outstretched his arm, and his aura outstretched in a fist, attempting to hammer fist Asura down into the ground…

Asura's attacks had failed and his chakra-- or rather his stamina was reaching the end of his rope!! Even with his enhanced body, he was no match as Shadow came and struck with his powerful Tailed beast form melee attack! Asura attempted to guard with his sword-- but it wasn't enough as the force of it was stronger than his own-- sending him flying and into the ground with a crucial hit.

The impact left a mighty crater in the ground around Asura as he was smashed into it-- his sword thrown free. As the burning aura of his inner gates flickered-- they soon went out, the golden glow and hair color of his body soon vanished and returned to his normal state of red hair. The sword landed to the ground, blade stabbing the earth as the chakra glow of it also faded with his defeat.

The fight was over as Asura grunted as he tried to move-- but his body was now aching from both the gates and the thoural beating he got from stupid SHadow's attacks. "Damn... no fair..."

Ravana scratched his chin as he handed back the sake to his new friend. "Hmm... looks like I lost that bet. " he said with a shrug.

Asura felt both hurt body and pride as he realized he didn't match the guy in his power. He couldn't move, the blow having been fatal if this was not a simple fight to test and respect one another-- even for that it exceeded far than what it should of gone.

Shadow looked on at Asura.
“Hmmmm?” Shadow stood up straight as his eyes remaining shining, glowing crimson red. His cloak began to fade away, just as the third had begun to sprout. His skin remaining scaled, but bulked down, as his Sage mode had come to an end. His clones remained, for the moment. “Well… that was fun… you’ve impressed me, Asura… well then… I hope that we have come to an agreement here? You are now one of the Gesshoku Akatsuki, hmmm?” Shadow asked. Just then, he began to see shadows around him. From afar, the battle that had been waging with his ‘brother’ had died down it seemed. The lot of them found themselves surround by Konoha ninja.
“Ah… Uchiha Shadow…” one of the Jounin of the twenty five shinobi, all masked around them had all lifted their blades.
“Hmmm?” Shadow looked up. “You know little ol me?”
“The Uchiha complex has been under watch, just for you. You’re wanted for the stolen Kinjutsu scroll and for questioning on the wearabouts of one Sanada Yukimura…”
“Oh? Yukimura is dead. But, your scroll has been returned… so why persue…”
“Shut it, scum.” The jounin scanned the rest. “Ah, what do we have here? More Rogue-nin? One of them beaten for us? What a treat… what a reward.” The Jounin lifted his blade. “Bring them in, boys. All of them. Alive!” he yelled. The remaining twenty four found themselves with their blades held high, running at them. Shadow’s clones had found themselves, one at each of the other member, laying their hands on them. Shadow looked at Asura, laying his foot on his chest, beginning to envelope him in chakra.
“You have three seconds to accept my final invitation; and to honor your side of the agreement...”

Asura was still trying to regain some kind of composure. The damage he took was NOT life threatening, nor crippling, but his energy was at a low. And now the inner gates side effects were starting to take their toll as his body felt slower and worn out. Activating 4 gates like that for his first time was a risky move. Even then he couldn't beat Shadow.

If anything, his pride was more wounded than anything else. "Damn it... Damn it!" Asura grumbled, hating how he lost.

Ravana shook his head along with his new friends of the Akatsuki. "Sigh... kid still has much to work on. I'll have to grind it into him when he is recovered." Ravana said, slapping the Hyuuga clan friend on the shoulder.

However, things went bad when suddenly masked ninja appeared-- and not the same company as Shadow had. They took notice quickly to the fact he was injured, making Asura angry. He wanted to beat the crap out of em, and he began to get up. If he really wanted he could recover his health via healing jutsu he knew via his clan kekkei genkai, and could of recovered.

As he was about to try and get up, despite the strain, Shadow put a foot on his chest. It was a stupid time to gloat but Shadow said to accept his invitation and to honor the agreement of the fight.

Asura still felt like biting his tongue than to concede, but with jounin on top of them, and him actually beaten, Asura cursed his situation. With his sword in range, Asura reached out for it to take hold-- so as what he thought would happen-- he wouldn't lose his sword.

"Fine... I lost. I have no right to bitch about it," he grumbled, "I'll join your boyband-- er i mean team," he semi-slipped, not wanting to say yes without mocking SHadow a bit.

Either way, he agreed to join the Akatsuki. Where else would he go?

Shadow looked up, seeing the remainder of Gesshoku Akatsuki, numbering in a total of 6 making their way to their location; all except ‘Hayabusa’, Heise, and Heise’s now only lieutenant. As much as Shadow was sure that the lot of them could take on all of these shinobi here, despite the outnumbering; it would not be the greatest start to the reign of Gesshoku Akatsuki.
“Evac formation!” one of the members, Eliot, with short blonde hair, yelled from afar. He could see by the set up in which Shadow and his clones stood what action was about to be taken. Genshin and Eliot first pounded fists, allowing chakra strings to attach them. Genshin stopped running immediately, as the other four did the same, all putting their hands on Genshin. Eliot outstretched his hand as he continued running towards the crowd. Shadow made a time and space portal right in front of him, reaching his arm through and revealing his hand to Eliot, who then attached his strings to him.
Then, within a blink of an eye; with his chakra now somehow connected to all members, Shadow used his Hiraishin No Jutsu, and all of them disappeared in that instant…

Elsewhere, the sunny skies beamed down, reflecting off of the pure waves of the ocean. The lot of them, now currently totaling 13 people + 5 clones, had appeared on a ledge with a waterfall, overlooking a small village of tribal citizens full of culture, the edge of an ocean, as well as miles stretched with trees and wild life. Behind them had been a wood built ranch house that stretched pretty far back. The clones then immediately evaporated. Shadow released his pressure from the man. He looked down.
“My friends… welcome to our secluded location… Dream Island.” He turned and looked at them all. “Get familiar with its people. They are ours to protect, so long as we own this island. Now… Hayate… could you please see to it that our new Phoenix here gets all healed up properly? The rest of you, you may get to know the island some. By moon down, I will return whoever needs to find their way back to our other two HQs. Eliot… I need to have a word with you…” he said. They all looked at him and nodded, dispersing. Shadow and Eliot began to walk away. Hayate crouched low, helping Asura up.
“Come… let’s get you inside and healed up…”

In the blink of all the chaos that was going on, Asura, all the others including Ravana were teleported. A blink of the eye caused him to look up at nothing but a pure blue sky. They were in a different location entirely now. The shift was so sudden he didn't even feel anything as if he blacked out or something.

And now he was in a place called Dream Island.

He felt totally spent. He hated being in this kind of position, but it seems he was right to accept and know he didn't have a choice. He had to join this group if he wanted to survive-- as a rogue ninja. At least Ravana seemed to find good company with them.

As much as Asura hated it, he was carried inside to heal. He could bitch about the outcome later, all the while hearing Ravana laugh and get chummy with his new friend the driniking Byakkugan user. Either way, he realized he had started a new chapter in his journey.
