Reo walked into the arena and was now staring at Shao. A friend. A comrade. An enemy. A rival – in more ways than one. The taijutsu and sealing specialist stood in front of the Hyuuga member and bowed deeply.
“I wish to have an honorable fight, Shao. Good luck to you, but I cannot say that I will go easy.” Reo stood up from his bow and tore the top half of his shirt off, revealing a tattoo on each of his breasts. They would look a little raw still, though they weren’t scabbed or bleeding at this point. Reo took a fighting stance and jumped forward, aiming a kick directly at Shao’s head. He had to act fast before he could activate those eyes of his. If he did that, then things would get much more difficult.

He could feel Mari and Kyle's eyes on him, hoping for him to have a good match. Damn it, he would give it his all. His enemy was fast and moved to act. It was then that the kick struck Shao, knocking him into the air---

Shao landed a distance away, gaining distance from his attacker. He let oug a deep breath as he had hsi back turned and slowly faced Reo. "Don't worry... after yesterday, I'm not about to go easy this time. I Don't intend to kill anyone..." He said and revealed his Byakkugan. "But a fight with me will make you sweat. I promise you that"

Reo backed up as the log smashed beneath his foot. It splintered into a million pieces. Kawarimi? Damn, he was too slow! He should’ve expected Shao to know that jutsu. He turned and looked at Shao.
“I wouldn’t expect less from you, Shao. After-all, you defeated me back in Suna. It won’t go the same this time – I assure you. “ Reo took a slow step forward as he talked. Things were clicking in his head quickly about a few things as he took a step forward. Mari… they were more than friends. Reo tried to say that he wasn’t angry at this revelation. He didn’t want to be angry…but….he couldn’t help it. “I’ve seen the way she looks at you, you know.”
Reo said the last part quietly as he dashed inwards again, appearing in front of Shao, foot raised. “Your Byakugan can only help you if you are able to block what I throw!”

Shao's stance soon vanished as another kick came-- but this time, it was met by another brush of power and a poof of smoke. Another substitution. It was the only way Shao could evade such strong impacts. This guy was strong in Taijutsu, but now with Shao ready, he could do something about it.
With a flip in the air, he landed and began to weave hand signs. He had to be careful how he performed his next attack as it would cost him alot if he failed. He set up the jutsu, and kept his energy reserved, waiting for the right moment, the thought of the crowd a forethought in his head.
(Prepared jutsu for later-- Fuuton-- Kamikaze. Cost 10%, +3% and 1 Kunai for Substitution) Saving jutsu for right moment

Reo put his hands together and began to focus. This was a trap, so what should he do? He could wait…Okay. That’s what he would do. Though, despite what he said he would resort to Taijutsu when his opponent would come in. Reo shifted his weight to prep for the kick.

(Total chakra remaining 109%) It was becomming a waiting game. Both were feeling each other out now. This was what Shao knew-- what he lacked in strength and grand dexterity compared to his opponent, he made up for in his ability to think and strategize. That was his strengh, but it meant little compared to a situation like this. He didn't have much else he could do, now that his opponent was also starting to do the same. He didn't take Reo as a strategist as well, but there he was.
Already the crowed started to boo-- wanting a fight not a thinking contest. Still, he shut them out-- focused on his opponent. He knew a direct attack would only get him nailed. If he charged in, the attack would fail anyway.
For now he waited, observing the terrain. He couldn't do much till the right possible moment.

It was that moment that SHao finally cracked an expression. His own opponent made his move-- and that was the only chance SHao had. He smiled and clapped his hands -- the final hand sign. "Fuuton!" he shouted and slapped his hands to the ground "Kamikaze!" A sudden howl of wind literally erupted from the tense battlefield that tore the silence apart. THe attack soon made through-- until, it was met by a wall of wind. The cyclone easily caught Reo-- who just had to make the first move.
"Shinobi Tactics number 2, transpositional thinking. Analyse the enemy to predict his thoughts and movements..." Shao said as he looked to Reo, and then stood up to full height. "I admit, you did have me worried you wouldn't spring my trap. I will admit, I didn't take you for a strategist too. Still, they say a good offense is a good defense. "

[Ruling Judge Walks in and coughs - To start off using jutsus of any offensive base will cause a clash which is a hidden feature because of the counter system Now as the attack is attacking the counter user, it would roll backwards meaning the Counter move goes first and then the attackers move.
Though there is one issue, Kamikaze does not restrain a user it only traps them within the wind for if they touch the wind they would take -15% HP directly. With the damage of Kamikaze being offensive its damage is a total: 264 [W/o boosts], Now the axe kick is so strong it is able to basically overpower the kamikaze but not with the attack taking -15% HP. The difference in damage is subtract directly from the one that counters. As the effects of Kamikaze is not negated.]

As I watched and was curious as to what happen but i figure Reo was using his character as act of not attacking because of the winds could hurt him. If a jutsu does Grapple,Bind or Restrained it will state it and show Restrain PWR to which it takes to break.]
